My daughter and I went into this location today to trade in two X-boxes. We had a digital 1TB console and a disc 2TB console. We also brought in the cords and two controls. We were told we would get $110 per console if it wasn't defective. Onyx could not find the Xbox to trade in and had to call her manager. We were told that Xbox did not make a 2TB Xbox; I said they did, and she fought me on it. I said fine. Onyx did not run diagnostics on the consoles. All she did was plug it in to see if they worked. I wasn't going to trade in the controllers, but I was told I had to no matter what, and she put the consoles as defective. I later learned that she was supposed to run diagnostics on the consoles. Needless to say, I was upset. She also kept complaining that she was tired and couldn't function. She didn't even know how to put the batteries in the controllers. She kept putting them backward and said the controllers did not work, so she would have to mark the wholesale as defective. I was confused about that because we have traded in just a console in the past without controllers. She was defensive with me and would not give me back my stuff. As we were getting our final quote, she said she didn't know if she messed up the price, didn't bother to double-check, and then blamed it on the tax. We walked away with $42.26 for both consoles. I called her manager, Nathan, and he told me that Xbox did not make a 2TB for this specific console. Guess what? Nathan, you are not very smart. A dumbass to the highest degree! They did, and they discontinued them. Don't lie to your customers. I was also told nothing could be done since the transaction was over. Nathan was also preoccupied, and I asked him If I was taking him away from something; he told me no but continued not to care what I had to say. I asked if I could speak to his manager, and he told me he would pass on my information. I asked him to repeat what I said because I didn't believe he wrote them down. Nathan also chuckled when I asked to speak to his manager, and he acted like it was inconvenient. I am highly frustrated with all of this, and I am sure Nathan's manager will not call me. Nathan you want to tell me again these weren't made. Horrible customer service. The kid who helped me kept sighing and pouting like it was the end of the world to help me. I bought a used console and he noticed the controller was dirty and said he'd clean it. After opening, the controller was still absolutely filthy with dirt and what looked like dead skin all over it. On top of that, it wasn't even the correct controller for the system I had bought. I recommend going to any gamestop location besides this one.

I don't recommend this place. Take your money and spend it elsewhere where there is good customer service. Maybe if the girl that works here would acknowledge and greet everyone instead of only a select few, that would be nice. Instead of being friendly to everyone, she chooses to only speak to a certain demographic. This has happened multiple times. This is not just a one off experience here. This is the actual experience you will get if you look a type of way.I DONT NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NORE WILL I BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR THE SAME STORE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ELSEWHERE.

"Kudos to the girl with the curly hair at the register – she was incredibly friendly and an outstanding worker. She went above and beyond, making us feel exceptionally welcome. I hope she gets a raise; she truly deserves it! ???"

I like this store; the employees are helpful when I need them, and chill enough for a little conversation when I just pop in to window shop.

The people are nice and always willing to help they play video game ambience music in the background which is cute. And most of the staff are happy to talk about a video game they enjoy with you

I came in yesterday. Yves (I think that's what the other employee said) and the girl with the black and blonde hair were delightful! Yves was reorganizing the Pop Funkos and making them look very nice. When I needed help I was also helped swiftly. I've been coming to this GameStop for years and I can say these employees are making a difference. Definitely give these two hard workers raises!!!!!!

We have not had any issue until now and I'm beyond annoyed. We preordered a game with the benefit of preordering through you to get a little gift. Well this store decides to give it all away the night before and not set aside for those that had preordered. What kind of service is that? And no comp either? We will not be preordering through you again if this is how they treat loyal customers. I know it's a little thing to some but the whole point of pre ordering is to get those little fun perks.

Just tried to buy a PS5 they had in stock and they said I had to join they’re membership in order to buy it. Even though the email I received said they were available for pro members starting 9/24 and everyone else starting 9/25. Pretty shady stuff to get you to sign up for their yearly membership.
