New management has opened the store and the manager is helpful. The store is easy to navigate. On Friday, the door locked and lights remained on at 5pm. Some customers say the employee was rude, did not say hello, was talking to a friend, stared at them, and did not say anything. Despite bad reviews and almost deterred, the friendly and helpful staff deserve another chance to earn customers back.
Talked to Nick just now. He helped me get signed up for GNC pro. He is super knowledgeable, this will be my go to supplement store from now on. Thanks Nick!
