Came in for an oil change and emissions. They noticed my air filter was completely missing from a previous service or repair. Even without knowing the exact source Adam, the manager, gave me a discount off the total service to try and make it right. Then he ran me through the wash for free. Thanks guys! Customer service like I haven't seen since Covid.

Grease Monkey Team is amazing! They are very Helpful and customer service is great! I was having issues with my serpentine belt and their manager personally went to Ogden at O’Reilly to purchase the belt! The mechanics & front desk are extraordinary as well! Definitely recommending to all my friends and family! 10/10? I just wanted to say thank you for fixing my car. I really appreciate all your help It's such a relief to have everything running smoothly again. Thank you so much for your assistance!

Usually really like this place but went in today and asked for an oil change and needed to get my truck registered. They only registered my truck and did no oil change but I just ended up leaving because there was a lobby full of people and did not want to get put back into the back of line.

Went there to get a diagnostic and also explained that there is a leak of coolant and oil, but that tree he vehicle needed to pass inspection. I waited for 20 minutes before spotting the mechanic, who was driving a vehicle out to the lot. I asked him how the schedule looked and he said it would be another hour before he could/would look at the vehicle. He was headed to lunch, so I stayed right where I was to wait because we are really trying to get on top of taking care of and maintaining the vehicle, as well as inspection time is coming up. When the maintenance man (6' glasses, gray hair about 50) came back he came straight to me, said he would pull it over to his bay. I exited, went inside and sat. Long story short, no diagnostic results were given to me, and the mechanic said that the valve cover gasket needed replaced. Tyler was the person I spoke with most and was sent as the messanger.

i’ve NEVER had an issue with the clinton location EVER, but today was TERRIBLE!!! I came in at 8:30am to get my coils and sparks plugs replace it took them 4 HOURS to replace and no communication what so ever! i had to keep asking what going on and all was said is “im sorry he’s new, he’s old” next was “now just waiting for a part” why couldn’t you guys let me know in the beginning that it was gonna take this long then me here waiting at the store for 4 hours! I want the owner or the General Manager to contact me IMMEDIATELY!
