Scheduled an appointment 2 days ago for an in office visit to file my taxes on March 1st. Get to the office and was told my tax pro didn't work in the office and only did video calls from home and I said well it's an in office appointment so somebody needs to honor the appointment I made and was given of a look of disgust and then was approached by a gentleman from the back that said he could help me, so I accepted. He told me it was around $200 to file in store because I had a nec form and that makes it complicated. He offered to look over what I did online and tell me if I made any mistakes so I could file online at home. I saved $130 doing it myself with a few tips from him.This place is a joke, the prices are absolutely ridiculous and the "lady" at the front desk was very rude and arrogant. I'll more than likely be switching back to TurboTax or find an actual professional from now on.

Don't even bother with this location. Totally ridiculous! No appointments in person, only online. No tax pros in office. No one to even answer questions. One lady even had the nerve to tell us not to even bother filing my taxes.

They definitely do not tell you the prices up front , they will tell you the basic state + federal price then after finished will hit you with the price of what they did ?

Absolutely a waste of money. Messed up our taxes. We paid extra for the "peace of mind". Had to fix their mistakes. Do all the legwork. Emily (who I found out was just a receptionist) at the Clinton location lied to us and said when to expect our new tax return. Called today (after the proposed date she told us) we were informed she quit on the 1st, the same day she stated we would get our $$ back. Called in and nobody wants to help us for their mistakes and now come to find out an amended tax return takes months.I did it better and cheaper (about half the price)on turbo tax last year.

This was my first year doing taxes and I couldn’t have had a better Tax professional than Terri. She was very sweet, knowledgeable and really cared about helping me. I’ll be coming back next year! Highly recommend!
