Very unprofessional. They misplaced a form that had all my personal information and nobody cared or even apologized. They just said well we want find it so what would you like us to do about it? Charged us extra simply because we have dependent’s and the response to way over pricing was well our program has been around for 30 years so you pay for that. I’m highly disappointed for the service provided

Recently I had my taxes with Jackson Hewitt tax agency and I was pleasant surprise how friendly and fast my agent was and very knowledgeable which nowadays is rare, sure will be back.

I have gone to Jackson Hewitt now for quite a while and I do trust what they do and that’s why I keep coming back but my only issue is as simple as my tax return is that it actually cost me $273 to do it. That is my only issue.
