Went in for an oil change. There were three cars ahead of me and I was quoted 40 minutes to an hour (what!) to complete the change. We were hungry so we decided that would be fine and went to get breakfast. Showed up 45 minutes later to find they had just put my car in the bay and we waited another hour to get our car back. This is no way to run a business and I doubt we will ever go back. What a joke!

Never available to help out of the 150 times I’ve ever been here to try and be served. Always act too busy to even ask why I’m there even when there’s no cars in the bays. Don’t waste your time here. Go to grease monkey across the street.

The bathroom needs to be relocated. It is quite offensive to smell someone's waste as you're waiting for service. Took a little too long. Staff was great and helpful. Tell the Griffins to spend a little $ and remodel for a better experience.

Took way too long to do emissions. The "bay time" at the end was 55 minutes, according to their computer. My car was in the bay almost an hour.I received a follow up to my review saying "please email us some can fix this". They never responded. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This place was busy but I expect it that for a Saturday but, the service was fair and accurate and their about the same as everywhere else at least for my car, over all I was pleased with the service I got.

This place is ridiculous to say the least. Came in for emissions and my vehicle was pulled right in. Was told it east going to be twenty minutes and here I am an hour later. Do not give a time for completion if you do not know when it will be completed. ALWAYS say it will take more time to cover yourself. This is the last time I use this location.

So slow!!!! I have been here for over an hour. My car is the only one in the bays. The hood is up and no one is around working. I haven’t seen anyone for almost a half hour. I could have bought oil at Autozone and done this myself faster!

Last straw for me with Jiffy Lube. They try to nickel and dime you for everything. I've gotten to they point where I just use them to do the emissions and registration, because it is cheap and easy. You'd think that they would catch on that their other services are simply not up to par, but rather than improve their customer service they try a slew of underhanded and unprofessional tactics. They push you into their waiting room and rather than do the one thing that you are there for, they start taking apart your vehicle calling it a "complementary" inspection, and start trying to upsell you on everything that you didn't even ask them to look at. Then when you've rejected all their up sells paid their almost doubled price on the service that you actually wanted. The guy can't get the printer working and ends up printing the official Jiffy Lube logo on the registration certificate. When I finally get to my vehicle they've left it running for the past 10-15 minutes outside their establishment with the window down. Just an infuriating experience.

I usually avoid Jiffy Lube because I have had so many bad experiences. Today I had the opposite. I was having engine issues and needed to get oil in my car before it seized.Brandon was alone in the shop. He was trying to call to get other mechanics in because he had multiple cars waiting for different services. He kept calm and kept dealing with each customer respectfully explaining he was alone and working as quickly as possible and giving time estimates. I didn’t have a choice so I waited. I was very impressed with his professionalism under pressure and he took care of everyone in a timely manner.I hope management recognizes Brandon because you don’t have very good reviews. Mechanics like him bring in the customers.
