This Joann's has terrible customer service! Staff doesn't want to be bothered to help. I had fabric cut and when I went to start my project, I had to measure my fabric 3 times because I kept coming up short. When I went into the store. I had to wait in the checkout line to speak to the manager. I told him my fabric was measured wrong. He said take it back to the cut counter and they can help you. No, I'm sorry, he just acted like I was bothering him. This isn't the first time they have cut my fabric short or the first time I have experienced terrible customer service. I will definitely avoid this location in the future.
