Jeanette met me when I pulled up last Saturday and started helping me before I got out of the car. She showed me different tire selections and prices. She was able to get me in and finished that day. Her calm curtesy helped me make my decision of what to buy and to buy with Les Schwab Clinton. Thank you Jeanette for making my experience a great one!!

I had my car with a flat tire towed here and after I arrived over an hour later they hadn’t even started working on it. That didn’t bother me much, but I then had to wait another hour plus for them to dock it and finish. I watched as everyone in the lobby before me and several ppl after come and go while all my tire needed was a small patch. However the desk employees were kind and apologised for the wait and they even comped the whole thing because of the time it took, so I do appreciate that. Still a pretty unpleasant experience though.

What a great place!! Fast service, friendly staff, and excellent work done are just a few reasons I keep coming back. They make it easy to book on line to save time and they have a large waiting room to sit while they get the job done. Keep up the great everybody at Les Schwab!!

I came here because I thought they had good customer service. I came in the other day to get a tire repaired. It was leaking air. They told me it was fine after I waited a long time. The next day that tire was almost flat again. Obviously they looked at the wrong tire. I will never come back to this place ever again.

These guys have been amazing for the 5 years I’ve used them. And wanted to give them 5 stars today, because they filled up one of my wheelbarrow tires where you can go get your tires checked, then fixed the other one that had a bad tube. Who knew Les Schwab fixed wheelbarrows?!? 🛞

Took my car in for an alignment. Asked if they could lower my front coilovers, to match the back before hand.
They said they could do that, just be by the hour rate. Got a call from them hours later asking how I wanted the camber. Told them to get it as close as possible, with the car being lowered.
Hours later said the car was done, went to pick it up. They slide me a bill over the counter qouted for $780.00 when I was told $135 give or take. That was to replace all tie rods and end, since they said they were all seized up. Mind you I just replaced the front passenger side a couple months ago.
Lied to my face and also messed up the front coilovers by adjusting them wrong. Which I had to fix myself. Cost me $90 bucks for them to mess up my front coilovers and waste my time! Never again will I trust them with my car!

I like that Les Schwab is down the street from me about a mile. I can drop my vehicle off and walk home and do the same to pick it up. They are close and convenient. I like that while doing a tire rotation or check that they also inspect the vehicle for other items; brakes, rotors and other parts and let me know of potential problems and give recommendations for correction or repair.

I cannot say enough good things about this tire shop and team! Tommy and Richard both took care of my RV tire issues immediately and for a significantly less cost than what I was quoted with from their competitors... Tommy and Richard were honest & professional, and made me feel like family! These guys are doing it RIGHT! Thank you Les Schwab Tire - Clinton again for the superior world class service! No doubt I'll be back...
