Do not buy their warranty on any product. I was told that I could bring the product back (lawn mower) at time of purchase. Rylee, the assistant manager told me over the phone to bring it in because I had the 3 year protection plan and could exchange it. When I got there, he told me that they should've explained it to me better when I bought it because their warranty doesn't kick in until the factory warranty is up. Well, of course they would explain it to me that way because that's the way you explained it to me over the phone and when I arrived at the store, then within a few minutes, your story changes to them. Lowe's was my go to store and I've spent a lot of money there over the years but that was it for me. I hope they get their act together and their warranty straightened out.

Lowes is the more convenient choice for me but not always the best choice if I have a problem.
You get people inexperienced in the areas they work in and are not knowledgeable enough to help.

Two employees went out of their way to help me out. I sadly lost my receipt so I couldn't fill out any survey to get them the kudos they deserve. Lisa at the pro desk and a gentleman named Troy took the time to help me find creative solutions to a problem. Both seemed excited to help. Lisa was able to juggle a few customers in the process and Troy checked in with me as I was checking out to make sure I had everything sorted. I hope someone in charge makes sure those two are recognized for their great customer service.

Their nuts and bolts area frequently doesn't have the exact items I'm looking for and I end up having to go someplace else. The previous business at this location was much better in that department.

Well just like any other department store hardware it's a nice store I think there are people that work there could be more helpful you know if they see somebody walking around or looking and they can ask how you need help now a lot of them I see just walk the other way been trying to find somebody can be hard to

I'm here constantly for one project or another. My biggest complaint is lack of products. I find myself having to go elsewhere for basic project needs that you think they would carry. Their web site helps for some of this, but a lot isn't available for ship-to-store, which makes the lack of shelf stock even more frustrating.
Also, this location is now completely self-checkout except the garden department.
