The rudest people work at the. Me and my daughter were kicked out of a store at 10:32 after thinking they closed at 11 we were just having fun when the loud bossy girl came on the intercom “ we are closed bring your stuff to the front” in a tone and with the loudness of a voice, that sounds like “we are closed to get the hell out of my store” and then she proceeded to walk toward some us when she was close enough she said we’re closed. I replied I know now thanks for politely making me aware of this.NOT. I have worked retail before you’re allowed to lock the doors when you close, but you’re not allowed to kick people out of your stores and aside from that. I wasn’t even aware that they were closed and I got met with rudeness instead of hey just so you know we’re getting ready to close if you’d like to bring yourself to the front we could help you I it was literally like get the hell out of my store. I’ve never been treated so badly in a retail store.

The employees lack empathy. A child severely got hurt right in front of both cash registers Sandra and another employee they did not move or asked once if the child was ok. They just starred showed no concern. No one offered any help. Disappointed.

The good… It’s great to shop at Ross and see what they have. It’s a hit and miss. Awesome place to get hats. The not so good…Lily was the cashier I went to and she did not say hi. Was not very talkative nor thank me for shopping there. Didn’t smile at all. Very quick to do the checkout process. Needs to work on obtaining better customer service skills.
