I switched to T mobile from Verizon and had some confusion with my numbers being ported. Went into this branch and they fixed my issue quickly. Austin and Branson were a great help.

Visited this store on a busy Saturday afternoon. We needed to buy a new phone, transfer data between two other phones, and wipe and turn in another phone. Beck was very patient with us and spent the time to make sure everything was correct before we left.I've visited this T-Mobile location multiple times and always had good luck with them.

Edit: There is no point having the store manager reach out at this point. I went to a different carrier and was taken care of and have my new line, all within 30 minutes.This 1 star is a reflection of tmobile phone customer service and not this store or the staff. The lack of any communication while waiting to add a line. It has been almost 5 business days and no email or phone calls to resolve.

Matthew was OUTSTANDING. I jumped on the Home WiFi for $50 right after it started. I couldn't get more than 3 bars at my home, so I went back to Xthose guys. After an in store (N Washington Blvd) attempt, and a customer service call, I hadn't been able to close my account. I still had the modem in my car when I noticed the store in Clinton and decided to try again. I was so lucky that Mathew took care of me. He took the role of middle man between me and customer service, told them NO, I wouldn't need to mail in my modem, he'd take it as an in-store return, and tied a bow on my frustrating experience. If I was still running a business, I'd have tried to poach him. Matthew is the kind of representative ANY company loves to have. T-Mobile Clinton, I hope you know how lucky you are to have such a customer oriented Manager working for you in today's workforce. Thanks again Matthew, if I ever decide to do business with a big boy phone company again, I'll come see you.

This is the fourth time I am getting a bill from this place and I NEVER SIGNED UP!!! I’m furious. I’ve spent I’ve two hours of my life trying to get this bill I never signed up for to go away and now it getting larger. Runnn from this place. BARBIE is the absolute worst. What a l***** Stealing to make commissions she lies and I hope she’s fired.

If I could post negative stars I would. The sales woman had us there FOR HOURS only for the ending price to be DIFFERENT AND MORE than what was quoted me initially. I left and was not going to be rude just let it go … UNTIL I GET A $328 BILL in the mail. Now I’m on hold for 30 minutes, so far, because the company is , “trying to figure out what to do.” I have no phone from T-Mobile. I have no sims from T-Mobile. I did not sign up when I realized the final price was different. I have nothing to do with them yet I’m wasting HOURS of my life. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY AND STORE I’ve ever dealt with. Thieves liars and they don’t care about you. THEY WILL WASTE HOURS AND HOURS of your life. Do yourself a favor and just try mint. It works amazing. I can’t believe I am dealing with this right now. I’m furious.

Went in for the third time to try and get my wife’s cellular to get working on her new Apple Watch and see about where we are for upgrades for the new phones, I didn’t even get a chance to talk about the watch or see about the upgrades as they said they couldn’t get me into my account if I didn’t have my pin or tax id number( I’ve been a customer with sprint and through this merger for almost 20 years and have never had to have either) but with not having these they straight said they can’t help. I don’t walk into any type of stand alone non third party business front expecting to need everything that I would need to log in online without them having a way to access my account as the 1st party carrier of my product. That’s like walking into RC Willey and they can’t pull up your account to buy stuff unless you log in as if I’m on my computer. I’m trying to upgrade and renew my contract but looks like I’ll be better off switching companies that will have better customer service for my family and business. I explained if I am going to have to jump through hoops in your stand alone store to get into my account to get help and upgrade(spend more money) then I may look into another company and before I could even finish the short guy with glasses said “sounds good you can leave…. byyye!” And then turned his back and walked to the back of the store playing his video game that while he was with me never left his hand. Not a great look for your store.

Beck went way beyond his duties in helping a 75 year old lady, thats me. Who was struggling with how to usethe phone and taught me how to send pictures, voice recordings, and texts to an email. Even though it was hard for me to understand he was very kind and patient and very understanding with me. It's not very often that you find someone who is willing to help you in the way he did. It is very much appreciated, and I will always remember Beck. I feel like he's a very valued employee.
