I don’t know how Discount Tire stays consistent with their service and their employees but just keep on doing what you’re doing! Their service is always fantastic and friendly and fast. So many benefits of buying your tires through them. They take care of everything when your tires are within the warranty period. Even when the services they provide shouldn’t be free, they still extend themselves and give many of their services away. I will always use discount tire, they are five stars and above if I could give you more!

Oh a specific note about this store. My husband had an appointment to have his tires rotated at 11:30. I tried to make an appointment online back to back with his, but it was already taken so I made mine for 12:30. The appointments were one hour apart. We brought both vehicles in together and both vehicles were checked in at the same time and pulled in at the same time and done at the same time! Just want to give kudos to this store specifically for getting them both done and taken care of. I know you didn’t have to do that and I certainly never would’ve asked, but you guys came through like rock stars!”

While working on my vehicle they damaged a part which caused braking issues that did not exist before i took it in. They immediately contacted me and took steps right away to remidy to issue.
