This gym is constantly overcrowded, dirty. Staff is very unhelpful, lately I’m also getting random charges on my account that I have to fight over.

I’m writing this review for Virginia and Mandy and all the other women that work in the KidCare during the morning. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND for the children that go there. My four year old has been struggling with behavioral issues and i struggle with knowing how to handle those issues and how to change them. They both have worked on different ways to help us both with these issues like making behavior charts and to do list charts for both Kidcare AND home so we can all be on the same page with helping my son. I could NOT be more grateful for them and their help. They never make me feel judged or ashamed, which is something that happens frequently when my son goes anywhere. I’m so thankful for them and i am SO COMFORTABLE leaving my child in their care. They should honestly get a raise. All the women in there are so incredibly sweet and helpful. I never have a worry when i drop him off. They deserve all the recognition!!!

Don't recommend coming here. 40%-60% of their equipment is broken at all times.(not an exaggeration) I also hold an Eos membership, and I would just recommend going there. Eos is more crowded, but their machines work so it's worth it.

The gym and staff are awesome themselves. They just charged a mandatory surprise 50$ fee to keep the monthly payments the same. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Great staff and gym not great surprise unnecessary fees.

The Clinton location is awesome. The staff is friendly, the building is kept clean and so far the pool area has been kept functioning.The only problem I have had was with the company that handles the payment processing. They are severely inadequate with the customer service.

I love this gym. The staff there have been nice to me and my wife. And no one had made me or my wife feel uncomfortable

This location is Kind of small, but still a decent gym. Wish they had more squat racks, but I do appreciate the variety of other machines that allow you to still get a good workout in.

I really like how there is so many types of workout equipment that we don’t have to pay extra for and the environment is really really good, the people are great and the employees are very positive and they wished me happy birthday on my birthday which made me feel special
