Gym is nice but my wife and I are getting charged for two memberships each…and the paramount acceptance company that does their billing hasn’t done anything since I notified them January 2nd.

My entire family has membership here. Equipment is clean and maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The childcare staff is great, I love that they have activities going on for the kids as well as play. They even made cute parents gifts for Christmas. Sauna/ Steam room is well maintained, I love the water massage chairs, they are great for store muscles, and they also have tanning if you are interested. I haven't used the pool, but it looks maintained as well. My teens love the basketball and racquet ball courts. My older kids use the personal trainers/ coaches, and I love the ease of the app for membership info!

Bruh, this corporation is frustrating as hell when it comes to your account billing & membership. Recently brought a friend to the gym, and needed to upgrade my membership for the buddy pass. Which $45 dollars is insane for this place I’ll be the first to say LOL. However back to the point, after upgrading my membership a month and a half went by & I wanted to downgrade my membership back to what it was prior because I don’t take friends to the gym with me often. Let’s just say the efforts I had to go through to do this was more of a workout than I’ve ever had here… and I’ve had some amazing pumps here honestly. Let’s just start with how they CAN’T change my account & lower my membership AT the front desk because I had to email them OR call customer service. Funny how I could UPGRADE my membership at the desk, but not downgrade first of all aye. However email didn’t get back to me for 48 hours now still haven’t heard back, but 2 phone calls & 58 minutes if my life confused on why this is so hard. 30+ minutes of the call I was on “hold” lol okay bruh. That’s about everything, I’ve been a member for 10+ years, and have always been a supporter but I had to get this out. Great gym though despite the groups of people who use machines together & yunno what I'm talking about.

I would like to recognize the women in the kid care for their outstanding work. My child is shy and can get upset as I leave but Ms. McKenna holds her and soothes her until I leave. Once I’m gone she always has a good time. Now When I ask if she wants to go to the gym she gets excited about it and I love that.It is a shame though that the Yoga /Pump Instructor Ashley is leaving/left. She is an amazing yoga instructor who made a safe place for people like me to practice yoga. I always feel self conscious in a gym because I’m a big girl, and get intimidated that I can’t do the difficult poses. She was encouraging and helpful. She made me want to keep going to her classes and I have for about a year. I even drove to Layton to go to her classes because I got so much out of them not just strength and stretching but stress relief and wellbeing. If you are loosing people like her, it will be catastrophic to your business. A business IS only as good as their people and with so many options for fitness, Vasa needs the best people to have the competitive edge.

I used to love it here...I LOVED their group fitness classes. I looked forward to my Bootcamp and High Fitness double every single week. I signed up for EOS and never ended up canceling my Vasa membership because I couldn't leave the classes at Vasa that I loved. Recently Vasa has been making changes that have ruined their group fitness classes, doubles are no longer allowed, and they have pushed many great instructors out the door. I expect they will see their membership numbers drop significantly after the end of the year. So if you want an empty gym with management who treats their employees poorly and doesn't care about what their members want...sign up. I'm honestly appalled by what I've seen going on here lately...do better Vasa.

This gym doesn't care about its members, the children at the front desk are rude and even yell at members. The gym is dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting, and there is a woman who works there that will tell you "lose one member gain ten members" her name is Sherri. The massage beds are always broken even though they are new and the workout equipment is old and worn out. I suggest going elsewhere for your workout needs.

Joined here about 3 weeks ago. I got injured running and it's getting cold, so I figured what the heck, why not get back in the gym to keep the demons away. Solid big box gym with a fair amount of equipment to choose from. They are missing some of my favorites, but no gym can be everything to everyone right? I haven't yet found a time that they aren't busy. I have tried morning and evenings, as well as the middle of the day, with no success. I like that they have a basketball court and I can shoot hoops for a cool down after my workouts. They have a lot of amenities that I haven't yet tried, but want to, including massage chairs (aqua-massage?). Staff is always really nice.

They don't allow guest under 16 years but they signed my son up who is 14 and charged his card like crazy. All because he went and worked out with his friend. I think its absolutely ridiculous that there was no parent/guardian signature required yet you guys can take a child's money. I don't recommend this gym unless you want hidden fees, extra charges, and no care for safety or young children.

Wife was doing personal training. Because life happens, the trainer had to cancel a couple appointments and so did we. We agreed with him that we would make those sessions up. My wife ended up becoming pregnant towards the end of the contract and she told the trainer that she would not be able to renew the contract after it was over but still wanted to make up the sessions missed. The trainer said that was fine and we shouldn't have anymore charges after the original length of the contract was up. Fast forward and we have been charged for two more weeks after our contract was up and were told that we never canceled our renewal which were never told we would have to. This gym has now taken $320 over two weeks without authorization and so far has refused to do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with them. We are still trying to get this resolved with the trainer and lead, but I feel like we've been scammed.

This is a very nice & well maintained gym. I've been going since Nov. 2021. 3 months ago I signed up with a personal trainer by the name of Becca. Nothing but Kudos to her for a outstanding job in getting me on a productive training schedule. Probably in the best conditioning of my life.

I mainly joined for the water aerobics for medical reasons but I’ve since branched out into some of the classes that they have. I have mostly enjoyed the “Mixxed Fit” class and the teacher Melissa is awesome!!! She’s so fun and upbeat. She’s always engaging with the class and moving around on the floor with us. I highly recommend her class!!

It's good and the classes are great but take care of your customers with changing the filters on your water fountains! The water tastes musty/moldy! Fix those because it's been like that for like 6 months, and you'll get 5's!

Just signed up as we moved and I have such a hard time going with it being so beyond dirty ?. The treadmills are so filthy! I don’t think they have cleaners here? Please Vasa! Just one deep clean every month will help a lot!!! I don’t even want to know what bathrooms look like if just the treadmills and equipments are filthy! ?

The gym is fine, the Reason for 3 stars is the apparent oversight of safety as it gets close to closing time. Every 5 minutes for the last 15 minutes before closing they turn off the lights multiple times. I can understand them trying to let people know the gym is getting ready to close. Now put yourself in the position of someone doing squats or another heavy compound movement. You’re mid set and the lights completely shut off. You lose focus and balance in the dark. That’s a breeding ground for injury and a completely unnecessary risk. Find another way to notify people you want to go home.
