Their sales people need to be trained on products. Waisted 6 hours to find out we were sold the WRONG IPAD. We specifically asked for the one that charges the pen wireless. Sold us the wrong one for $600 and that same one was $300 at best buy!!! Waisted our entire afternoon.

Very horrible experience. Not worth the hassle I been through to get a phone. 16 years with a phone company and this store has definitely jeopardized that.

Clearly filtering reviews, but why the hell does it say on your door 10-7 mon-fri… 10:15, doors locked, no one’s inside, no one responds to the stupid bell outside. Maybe manage better cause this is just a god damn joke
