On 2 separate occasions someone has called me to see if I need a refill. Yes I do. Go to pick them up and “oh we don’t have anything for you.” Ok, why the call then? If you want to come inside we can talk to you. No, I don’t want to go inside that is why I’m in the drive thru!! Time to change pharmacies after 15 years. Service sucks now.

Walgreens has always been our pharmacy. We've always had great service and appreciate the savings with their medicine brand and having an account with them helps with savings too. We are currently without insurance and the very nice lady at the pharmacy gave us a huge discount on our prescription with Rx savings finder. Will definitely keep using Walgreens as our pharmacy.

I am never told exactly what is delaying prescriptions. I have a prescription not covered by my insurance which makes me have to drive there to initiate a refill everytime. I am not sure why it cannot be noted customer pays out of pocket. Activating a prescription can take up to an hour or two to fill and refills take forever as well. There are few staff members willing to help and are usually trying to rush you away... because most can't figure out what is holding a prescription.

Unfriendly lazy staff. Take forever to fill prescriptions. Won't respond even outside their lunch hours. Surprise this location hasn't shut down yet.

Jack in the pharmacy is so amazing! he was running around up front doing the drive thru and helping people up front and still managed to keep a good attitude! he is the best

Absolute worst pharmacy with the worst customer service!! I have nothing good to say. Canceled my prescription, still charged me, then rude as hell when I called to fix it.

This pharmacy is great. They clearly post hours and text updates about your prescriptions. I appreciate their hard work and attitudes when I know they are short staffed.

Window and pharmacy are top notch but The main store took me 20 minutes to check out the other day because the only register open was at photo booth. I was 3rd in line for 15 minutes.

Waste of time. I've tried to use the store a couple of times and each time was unsuccessful. The pharmacy closed earlier than posted hours. The second time I tried to use them as FedEx drop off and they told me if the packages are too heavy they can't take them.

My husband had surgery prescriptions were called in for several hours before I called to see if ready. They were still not ready but I was told they could have them ready soon so I give them 45 more minutes and prescriptions still are not done.

Avoid this Walgreens, even if you live a block away. I have been to this Walgreens more than a dozen times to fill a prescription, and I always leave the store wishing I had gone to a different pharmacy. The pharmacist and pharmacy techs are always rude. The latest occurrence, I got to the pharmacy at 7:00, the pharmacy closes at 7:00, and the pharmacy tech yelled at me after I begged her to fill the prescription for my sick daughter.

Green/ black haired, pierced face kid in the photo lab just sat behind the counter even after making eye contact with me. They had to page her to get her to help me.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PHOTOS. Go to Walmart or the Roy Walgreens. The person who has green and black hair and facial piercings was VERY rude. Me and my friend went to pick up photos I got printed out, she said the total and I was kind of confused because I thought I paid online, my friend then says very nicely “she already paid online” and she gave us a snarky response with lots of attitude. She could’ve said “let me check again” or something nicer. And I’ve came here before for photos and I think it was the same girl and she was rude that time too. (If you don’t like your job quit don’t make customers miserable and ruin their day just cuz you are miserable)

Wish I can give 0 stars. They absolutely refused to transfer my medication. I had to force them to do it the 4th day. Then they waited till I checked out to let me my insurance doesn't pay for Walgreens prescriptions. The complete disregard for there customers is ridiculous.
