The new layout I could get used to, however, they have downsized on product selection. Most items you only have one or two choices. Also, what is up with the self-checkout lines? The more bags you fill, the farther you have to walk to put it in the bag. You scan your item and to put it in the bag, you have to walk 4-5 steps then come back to your cart, scan your next item, walk it down to the bag and come back again. Not the ideal layout when you have a cart full of stuff. I will avoid this store. I will go to Riverdale Walmart or pay more at a nearby grocery store before going here. Sorry, this has been my store since it opened, but I just can't do it anymore.

Needed help getting something in the back. Customer service was not helpful. Said she would call a manager, 30 minutes of waiting still no manager. She said they were busy and would get to us eventually. It's 11:30 in the morning and I've watched 15 workers on their phone walk by. More blue vests than customers. If you need help, you won't find it here.

If you are a delivery driver for uber/DoorDash etc.... Do not accept orders from this Walmart. For 1 week straight they have never had the order they actually assign you to. Once you arrive you will sit and wait like The app tells you too, sometimes 30 min +. once you call the store to check on order, they will tell you they sent the order out hours ago. And yet they keep assigning orders that don't exist.

Today at the Walmart in Clinton Tyler R. helped me load a pallet of rock salt onto my trailer. I appreciated his help and thought his services went above and beyond. Thanks Tyler

I am a disabled senior citizen I order food delivery from Walmart almost daily The last order yesterday with they froze my bank for the amount .I ordered in the AM delivery for 5 to 6 pm I received notice at 5:40 my order was delayed I called at 7 PM still no delivery a man said he would help and call back in 30minutes HE DID NOT ever call back..I have called the help number and got very distorted woman ( not a Live Person) a recording that could not hear, understand or help. You have my $$$ I have no food and this is the second day in a row this has happened..I need help with this now... y order number is 200010349439954

Their customer service is so terrible. Marley accused my daughter of stealing & yelled at her in front of me when I went to ask her about it. I told her lead he assured me they would handle it, we're not the only ones who have complained about her poor treatment. If you don't like people & hate your job you shouldn't work in customer service. Honestly the lead didn't seem to care at all that his staff yelled at my minor child. It's so unprofessional I'm so upset!

Terrible service, their pick up is trash, waited an hour. There was a ton of cars waiting but one employee every twenty minutes. The mother fetcher Conner just chucked our groceries in our car, straight up throw them with his might. Unlike a vin diesel movie they were not fast in the slightest but man i sure am furious.

I waited in line 3 hours for their pickup service. I would have canceled the order, but there's no button to cancel the order in the app. I wasn't about to let them have my $90 for nothing, i'll be shopping at Winco from now on.

This Walmart is close to my house, just moved here and don't really know people here, and was looking for some information from someone who lives here and Andrea was very helpful and nice, she was such an amazing clerk, she took great care of me and explained everything she was doing and asked how I was doing and if I found everything and or needed any help, she laughed with me and talked about our pets and everything. I will be honestly love coming back here again because of her thank you Andrea and can't wait to see you again.

Been to this Walmart a few times, really love the experience, everyone is very nice and friendly, they all say hi and ask how you are doing. What stated out for me was the last two times we went, our cashier both times was Andrea, she was very friendly, outgoing, and made us feel welcomed and safe. She showed that she loves her job, and her customers. She told us about her pets and we told her about our huskies and cat, we asked her about a good Vet for our babies, and she Roy her away told us about her Vet and we really appreciate that, and sure enough her Vet was very nice and everything. I really appreciate Andrea, she took care of us and made sure our experience was great. Because of her we will definitely come back, and this will always be our go to Walmart. Thank you Andrea, God Bless you, and your pets. Management, thank you for this amazing women; we really appreciate her.

I tried to send money to my grandson via Walmart to Walmart. They told me that all he needed was the transaction number to pick it up. When he went to pick it up they required identification and would not accept either his student I'd or his learner's permit. The time I wasted driving back and forth to Walmart to initiate and subsequent cancel the transaction I may as well have driven the 40 miles to his house and delivered it in person. What a joke. Walmart rarely fails to disappoint me. I just found out that after I tried to get the Walmart employee to talk to me I the phone to try to work something out. They had my grandson escorted out of the store.
