I was told I could fill my pain medication there. When I called later to check the status of my RX, they were out of my prescription. That MAYBe I could get my pain medication on Monday. This was on a Friday.

I have been to this pharmacy a handful of times to pick up prescriptions for my husband. There is a pharmacy tech here named Melissa. Melissa is so pleasant to work with. I find this to be rare when dealing with most pharmacies. One day I was the next in line to be helped and I was observing Melissa assist an elderly gentleman. It seemed that he was having trouble getting his insurance to approve a prescription. Melissa was so patient and kind to him. I had no issue waiting for her to assist him. Multiple times she looked over at me and acknowledged that I was waiting. Today I had the pleasure of having her help me with a prescription pickup. Thank you, Melissa for starting my day off with a smile!

I've been to this pharmacy 6 times w my wife to get her prescriptions, and every time there is a problem. Her last prescription, they have her 30 pills of a narcotic, on a 60 pill prescription. They count the pills 3 times, and STILL got it wrong. Accidental? I don't think so. Been waiting today 45 minutes AFTER the they received the prescription, they're full of excuses. Drive the extra 5 miles to Syracuse, that's the pharmacy I use.

Amazing how they are able to keep it together while filling prescriptions, doing curb side, giving covid shots, taking phone calls, running drive up, and taking walk in covid-19 shots. Very busy but amazing how they are able to handle everyone's needs!! Close to home and convenient for me don't mind the short wait.

I logged onto my 2nd gmail account so I could leave another bad review for this place. Every single time I’ve come here, the service has been terrible. Everything always takes forever for them. There’s always something that goes wrong.Also their “parking lot delivery” service is terrible. They have designated parking spots in the parking lot where you can call and they will bring out the prescription, but every time I call, they put me on hold for 5+ minutes. I’ve always had to hang up and just come inside.In conclusion, every single time I come, the service is just so bad. I will be switching pharmacies

Close by and convenient. Almost always the cheapest on generic scripts. Easy to work with and never have to wait in line for a long time.

Kira is amazing! She was so cool with my husband, my kids, and me. We went there today for flu shots since they ran out on base. We had to fill out some papers and it was pretty busy, being a friday night. Kira was very helpful and never made us feel like we were a burden. She was great with our kids too. The rest of the staff all had great attitudes and were very nice. The pharmacist that gave us our shots did an excellent job and truly made it a great experience. This pharmacy was exceptional and we will be bringing our business here from now on.

I’ve had to get my insurance added twice to their system. I'm not sure if it's lack of training. I was also greeted by Kira, who was extremely rude.

The pharmacy techs are beyond lazy and rude! If you want to be belittled go to this pharmacy for sure. Ridiculous how these people treat others.
