I was there to watch my kid do football conditioning. The grass in some areas was great and in other areas was pure weeds. The playground at the school was convenient for my 2 year old.

My kids love this park. Clean and fun. Bathrooms are not always open to public so just be aware of that.

Fun playground. The equipment sits on sand (my kids loved it, but it could be more messy if that matters to you). Lots of monkey bars. There were 3 regular swings and 1 baby swing. I think there was just 1 slide. Nice pavilion right next to the playground. There are a few benches around the playground to sit on!

Toddler friendly, about 2-3 benches are shades by trees but the majority of the park is unshaded. The sand is fairly easy to walk on

Great playground for toddlers. This is one of the few parks in the area where the playground has shade on it in the afternoon/evening. In the summer, it makes a big difference for heat and sunburn protection.Been bringing my son here for 2+ years now. It's usually less crowded than some of the other parks nearby and has enough to keep younger kids entertained for a while. The exception to this is baseball season. When. There are baseball games happening at this park, the playground is quite crowded with other kids, otherwise it's usually fairly empty.There is also a walking/bike path right next to the park (this path has close to no shade as it travels East/West. There are 4 baseball diamonds and plenty of open grass to run around in.
