“I have been a Discount Tire customer for many years. I used them up in Washington State when I was living there. Now I live in Utah and I have used many locations in Utah since I have come back. This one company that is always consistent no matter which store you visit. I don’t know how Discount Tire stays consistent with their service and their employees but just keep on doing what you’re doing! Their service is always fantastic and friendly and fast. So many benefits of buying your tires through them. They take care of everything when your tires are within the warranty period. Even when the services they provide shouldn’t be free, they still extend themselves and give many of their services away. I will always use discount tire, they are five stars and above if I could give you more!

Oh a specific note about this store. My husband had an appointment to have his tires rotated at 11:30. I tried to make an appointment online back to back with his, but it was already taken so I made mine for 12:30. The appointments were one hour apart. We brought both vehicles in together and both vehicles were checked in at the same time and pulled in at the same time and done at the same time! Just want to give kudos to this store specifically for getting them both done and taken care of. I know you didn’t have to do that and I certainly never would’ve asked, but you guys came through like rock stars!”

I had some serious curb rash on my expensive and rare Volvo split rim BBS wheels! Every time I looked at the car I just hated it!

I talked to Markie (owner) about repairing just the outer rim of the front two wheels. She recommended refurbishing the entire wheel in addition to all four wheels as there was other minor nicks and blemishes on each of the wheels. I explained to her that I have very high expectations and she assured me they would deliver!

Markie and her skilled team did an AMAZING Job repairing the curb rash and paining the wheels with the exact volvo paint code and finished them with a clear coat. They also found and repaired a bent rim that I was not aware was damaged!

I am so glad that I had all of the wheels refurbished. A little more money but well worth the price! The wheels honestly look better than new and I am once again proud of my car.

“We purchased some new tires for our truck. We called prior to to verify a price match which they were willing to do. After purchasing the tires Cody the manager had questions regarding the price match as he was unable to find the tires they were price matching with. We were able to pull up the website for what we had spoken with another employee about (very good young man). Unfortunately when I showed Cody the website/tire size/ brand etc. We discovered there was a difference in what the price should have (more) compared to what we ended up paying. We had already paid when this honest mistake was discovered and I can't tell you how much I appreciate Cody choosing to honor the price we were quoted and paid for but also showing me where the miscommunication/ misunderstanding/confusion happened so I could understand what would have made the price change so much (a lot for me in addition to what I had paid already.). They took a hit that day, but Cody showed what honor, character, integrity and grace were that day over miscommunication. I have always loved this location and third employees, but this just reinforces the type of employees and leadership that they have here, I will always come back.”
