It was a simple job this time but I would trust their diagnosis on more complicated issues. Someone else had a similar problem to mine but let it go too long and he took me to view their engine and showed me the exact parts they were going to replace. Love the transparency. They’re very thorough and provide a detailed evaluation with pictures and suggestions. They could have pressured me into a $2500 job but worked with me on a schedule to get what I need done without a $5k bill. I really appreciate the honesty! The labor was worth it and still less than a dealership who would try to hustle you. He even ordered me an uber and dropped me off at work in between when I had to come back for another small issue, they’re the best!”

“Eddie was super great to work with and made time to see my car in a very fast manner. He was very good at communicating what was going on throughout the whole process. I didn’t end up completing repairs through him only because of a warranty from Subaru on the repair I needed. Basically it would’ve been more expensive for me to go through him. However, he was extremely transparent about the matter and even called the dealership to confirm everything with them so that I didn’t have to. Overall a very pleasant experience!!”

“my front bumper was hit and needed to be replaced. i loved that valley collision had a way to request an estimate all online. the first estimate i got was about $1,800 but I had another estimate from a different shop for about $950. Valley collision offered to match it but actually beat that estimate! I ended up paying just under $900. my interior was also cleaner than when I dropped it off, which is really saying something because my car was covered in dog hair. they were very professional and did a great job!”
