The place was very dirty. The floors had not been mopped in days or even weeks. They gave me the wrong order and then insisted it was my fault - that I'd asked for the wrong drink. Rather than trying to offer good customer service, they said they could charge me again for the drink I wanted. The manager of this location needs to be more involved with customer service training for the young people working there and ensuring the place is clean for customers.

Inside is nice and outdoor seating is a plus but coffee is a tad too expensive for quality and has kind of a burnt flavorUpdate 11/14/23:Small latte is more than 5 dollars and tastes like warm milk. Coffee quality seems to have gone down.Reply to response: Thanks for the generic message and I already told you two things you can do.

I’m sad because they’ve taken whole milk out of all of their recipes. ? They don’t even carry it anymore. No whole milk in a coffee shop??? What???

Staff blasting music with profanity. Having conversations filling with obsessive profanity. normally these things wouldn’t bother me, but i could hear everything with my noise cancelling headphones on. i understand coffee shops aren’t quiet, but there were plenty of people attempting to work (including myself). major disturbance in a place where people come to study and relax is unprofessional and unfortunate.

Girl on window was soo rude, didn't even look at me after i handed her a tip! unbelievable all tips are worth something because i work for tips and i feel it's wasted when my money doesn't feel like it being well spent

gotta agree with recent reviews of this place. I’ve been going here as my local quick coffee spot for over a decade and lately the service feels like i’m an inconvenience because i’m not a door dash driver.Went in today for a breakfast sandwich, waited 15 minutes and when i asked about the status the cashier seemed annoyed and then told me they don’t make that specific sandwich. after explaining i’d just paid for it, she went back and brought it out. it was cold and had been sitting in the back for 10 minutes. again, she seemed annoyed about this.and i’d tipped a few bucks too!

The Staff is super helpful and polite. Love their blended drinks the most as they do them so well. The best B&B in the valley by far. I used to work down the street and would go there 3 to 4 times a week for years and NEVER had any negative experience. Highly recommended!Kid-friendliness: I appreciate the smile the employees greet you with every time I go in or go through the drive through. It's a great way to get your mindset headed in a positive direction when facing the day's difficult tasks.

actually ridiculous, spent about $40 total to get the shittiest tasting drinks, and smooshed microwaved food. didn't get what we ordered and they didn't care. can't believe we tipped.

While I’ve always generally had good experiences at Beans, this location is seriously lacking. It has been months now of consistent bad attitudes and it’s disappointing. The Sunday team seems to have an overwhelming dislike for their positions, which I mean I get it. It’s a job, it’s going to suck some days, that’s why they bribe you to be there. However, being openly hostile to customers isn’t the way. Part of why I love coming to coffee shops is the small, pleasant conversations I have with staff.
