Overcharged me, only actually sent payroll records about 2/3 of the time, and even if they hadn't made those mistakes, they generally offer a significantly inferior product to their competitors. For example they have no online portal to review records.

UPDATE: I now have to take H&R block to court!! Do not trust this place!!! I will never go here again. When they mess up they go for the gold and completely screw you. No big deal... They managed to fet paid so no sweat off their balls.
