DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!
They have been bought by another company. Service is just horrible. Between Hayes (who claims to be an assistant manager) and also the customer service reps it’s just a place to steer clear from. Hayes will constantly interrupt you, seems very overwhelmed about any questions asked and per his words- it’s a Monday morning and my computer doesn’t work.
I called to see my rate if I decided to stay with the new company that bought the old one out. The rep on the phone won’t give any info without your drivers license # or gate code! Which is personal information that you should never give out especially over the phone. They refuse to look up your account any other way. So I decided to come into the office and get more information. Hayes didn’t even want to give a renewal rate out, didn’t want to hear anything and became such a jerk! I asked for the notice to vacate which he didn’t know how to do and claimed “it’s a Monday and my computer isn’t working”.

The New Manager, Chris, who is the Old Manager of Cubes is one of the Nicest Men You Will Ever Meet! He has Assisted Me Every time He Was here with a Cheery Attitude! Every time I've been Here they have Assisted me with a Smile since 2014

Clean modern facility, safe neighborhood, and friendly staff. Also, access hours are 7 days a week from 6am-10pm. I really appreciate that (considering a lot of storage places close early or aren't open on Sundays)!
