I do not have the words to say how much I value & appreciate Hillside Vet. When my dog had stopped eating for 2 weeks & several emergency vets told me “she’ll eat when she’s hungry” Hillside was willing to fit me in within hours to their busy schedule to see her & ultimately operate. They communicated copiously and I felt informed & supported every step of the way. I cannot recommend more highly.

I had been taking my dog here for over 10 years. The vet I was seeing was amazing, Dr. Orman, but she left and I was given a different vet. My dog struggles with pancreatitis. I took her in to get some blood work and ultrasound done to make sure everything was okay. They pretty much almost killed my dog. While drying blood. They hit one of her main arteries. When I went to pick her up, her entire stomach was red, black and blue. I know accidents happened but then they lied and tried to cover up what happened. I had to take her to the emergency vet and they explained what was most likely the cause. My dog was in so much pain, I couldn't even touch her. I reached out to Hillside and they said they were sorry but we're not willing to refund me any of my money and still lied about what happened and made false excuses. After this happened, I switched to a different veterinarian's office. Worst experience ever!

Great vet. Been taking care of our golden retriever for a long time. They take time to listen to all of our concerns no matter how small.

Update: Your medical team didn't communicate enough with us to know that our dog was began to smell poorly, which is indicative of poor bacterial growth, likely as the result of antibiotics. We were never given the 5-7 business days for culture and were told that they would be in by last Friday at the latest. This is a Hillside Vet problem.Update: We still have not heard back from a vet regarding complete test results. When I called and asked today if we could hear back from a vet today, the front desk said, "Oh, I can't gurantee that." Meanwhile, we are feeling lost as to how to proceed to treat our dog's infection. They are only interested in getting our $700. Once they got that, communication has been little to none.We transferred care of our 4 pets here a couple months ago and overall have been disappointed in the slowness of getting tests results back and friendliness of front office staff. Five stars for Dr. Magali Lequient, as she is thorough and communicative but everything else has been a pretty poor experience.

Recently transferred care for our animals and frequently denied information about results, no calls back, bizarre and frustrating

The folks at Hillside are the best. I’ve been taking my dog here for nearly 3 years and they never disappoint. Everyone who works here are so kind and thoughtful. It is clear that they all care about our pets just as much as us owners do.

I love Hillside. All of the employees are amazing from the receptionists, to the nurses, to the doctors. My fur babies get such great care. The employees love them as if they were their own.

I love Hillside Veterinary Clinic. Every person I have met and spoken with is so caring and attentive to my little doggie. I recently had the pleasure of scheduling a tech visit with Stacey to learn the art of puppy nail clipping. She was so informative, gave me many tips and actual common sense household ideas. She was also very fun, great with me and my puppy and I could tell she liked teaching. Stacey was knowledgeable, and coached me through the entire process. Hanna was her assistant and also was a great team member. Hillside veterinary clinic is a positive, patient (animal) care pet provider. I’m so glad I got to meet Stacey and Hanna. All the employees and caregivers here are AMAZING whether on the phone or in person

There aren't even words available to describe the attention, care, and empathy shown by the entire staff at Hillside. We feel like VIPs anytime we go there, and our pups are given more love and attention than any other Vet office we have visited. Ownership has clearly laid the ground work in creating a team of people who truly care about your animals. Can't say enough good things about Hillside.

Dr Candales and all the assistants were very helpful. He openly discussed my concerns regarding my dog. The previous clinic/vet kept his head down and hardly talked. BIG difference!
