“Pros:
Clean
Reasonably priced (didn't eat my quarters)
Options for payment; cash or card (with a machine that dispenses quarters)
Great location
All 3 LARGE dryers work great
Great design for a laundromat (lots of tables, seating, trash cans, etc.)
Not crowded (on a Tuesday morning)
Cons:
Dryer 45 never got hot (had to switch to a big dryer halfway through
1.75 for a can of soda (vending machine)
Confusing signage in lobby (2 different numbers posted on otherwise identical signs)
Easy fixes:
Need to fix dryers OR clearly label which ones are broken
Consolidate the signs so that each sign has a Management # AND emergency # (or only use 1 #)
OR
Add a website function to guarantee refunds for customers who ask”

“My washer at home finally lost it. With 4 kids and a mini farm, laundry isn’t something that can be skipped for long. I picked this location because it’s the closest to my house and I’m SO glad I did. It’s the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to.
As soon as I walked in, Isabella came over offering to help me get the machines set up correctly and helped me download the app to get credits on.
Isabella is the kindest person I’ve encountered in at least a year. She made the whole process go smoothly and all of my frustration disappear.”
“Highland Coin Laundry has been nothing but amazing!! Hilda and her team have always been extremely accommodating, respectful, and understanding. They are a very good business and I recommend you visit. Highland Coin does our shop laundry, every week, with some loads in excess of 75-100 pounds. They always communicate clearly, and keep their word. As far as the building, it is in a very nice, low key neighborhood. It is always kept extremely clean, and their instructions are very clearly labeled and communicated. I definitely recommend Highland Coin Laundry if you are in the Millcreek - SLC area!”

“I have used Village Cleaners off and on for the last 10 years. They are very professional and their dry cleaning results are impeccable.
Recently I decided to take advantage of their free pickup and drop off service.
Unfortunately there was miscommunication to the dry cleaning plant as to the return date of my order. As a result, my wife's Sunday dress was clean - but locked away at their plant which is closed on the weekends. We had a special event planned on Sunday and my wife had purchased a new dress for the event.
On her day off, Pam, the Village Cleaner's Draper manager, went to the plant, retrieved our dry cleaning and rescued me so that my wife had her dress for Sunday.
In addition to their excellent dry cleaning, their care of their customers is outstanding!

“I walked into Country Cleaners looking like I'd just rolled out of a tumbleweed fight. My dress shirts were so wrinkled, I think one of them had PTSD. But these miracle workers? They handed me back clothes so crisp, I felt like I owed them tuition.
The staff? Friendlier than a grandma with fresh cookies. The service? Faster than my kids running when I mention chores. Prices? Let’s just say I’ve spent more at Taco Bell.
If you want your clothes treated better than you treat yourself, Country Cleaners is the spot. Five stars, and if they ever start doing haircuts, I’m canceling my barber.”
