Had used this location & Foothill location for over a year and a half with good service. Two Fridays ago, one of the washing brushes broke the 2 front brackets on my Thule Motion Alpine Roof Box. Manager took pics & I received an email within an hour with report indicating I would hear bac within 72 hours. Never heard back. Called twice & finally reached same manager who said they would do nothing as there was a sign saying the carwash is not responsible for damage to non-factory parts. I pointed out to manager that I had asked if the box was ok to go thru at both locations & staff had said it was fine, but he pointed out there was a sign about non-factory parts not being covered. Called corporate customer service & got same runaround. Very weak argument they presented. Terrible customer service!

I got a huge crack in my windshield beginning of February after going to this location. I immediately went into the detailing bay to speak to a manager, take photos, and come to a resolution. I spoke to someone who told me that I would be contacted by a manager within 24-48 hours. I did not hear back for DAYS - and only was told to come back for more photos to be taken. It is posted NO WHERE that you should not go into the car wash "if you have a possibility of a rock chip" as I was told because "the heat and pressure of the water when it is cold" is what they assume caused the nearly 1 foot long crack. So, no one should go through at all during the winter if that is a possibility! I was told again I would be contacted by the manager Eduardo, who told me that he would be reaching out to his regional manager. When I asked since I have been a loyal customer for years to assist in the deductible I was told no. This is where I immediately stated I wanted to terminate my membership - to only be CHARGED again a week later. I have since emailed multiple times, gone into the location, was reassured I would be refunded as it would be looked into, and have it in WRITING, to now be ignored. Totally unprofessional!!!

Waste of $52!! Paid for top wash inside and out. Besides the actual car wash which was almost waterless, you couldn’t even tell they touched the inside. Mats still dirty, dash dirty/dusty, windows weren’t touched and much more. Won’t be spending my money there anytime soon. Waste of money. To add they weren’t even busy.

Very disappointed. I use to be a regular member especially at Heights location. ( Full service ). Anyone can understand ( Full Service). Full means Full and they said they didn’t do the mats because it is a corporate decision unfortunately in my opinion they took away the quality over to fastness. Pay over 40 dollars to not have the mats cleaned is unacceptable.

This is my favorite car wash. A extra $10 and they dry off, clean inside and out. It's quick and a good deal

Did a horrible job, had to re do it my self. Glass was streaked on multiple windows, dash was not touched, cup holders not touched, only one car mat was done. Interior was not vaccumed, and many other issues. Called and left a message for the manager with no return call, has been 2 weeks as of this post.Sadly I pre tipped and with everything said and done paid the equivalent of getting it detailed at the same location and yet got incomplete and shoddy work.

They do usually get the car clean. Stubborn dirt may require more than a normal carwash. Since this is not a contactless car wash this could scratch paint but I never noticed any damage.

Not a reliable car wash. Today while in the middle of my wash the machine stopped. I honked for 10 minutes before someone came to see what was happening. Two guys approached laughing. Their answer for why the machine shut down, "it happens sometimes ". I asked to speak to a manager. They said no manager was on property. I asked to speak to a manager anyway, the guy said, " why? They won't do anything for you. There's no damage". I asked for him to call any way. I saw him talking to someone on the phone. Instead of allowing me to speak with a manager he said, " I'll give you a business card". He handed it to me and walked away. I'm so disappointed

Had a monthly pass and paid too dollar and after a month finally pulled into bay to get it detailed and noticed fine scratches all over vehicle. Showed guy in garage and he took a few pics and said he would let non existent manager know and call me. So a week later I get a call from guy that took pics and he said the "manager " said it was inconsistent with their damage complaints. Apparently it if you read the reviews. This place is overpriced and will ruin your paint. Eventually they will go out of business anyway due to poor practices and a subpar wash. Recommend not using this horrible place. Will upload pics soon. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
