“I've been picking up my prescriptions here for years. All the pharmacists and staff are top-notch EXCEPT TERI. She is very controlling and will go out of her way to make you miserable.
Even other pharmacists have told me she's toxic and hard to work with.
If she can make your day miserable when filling controlled substance she will.
She acts like she's a DEA agent and makes you wait hours to call your doctor before filling your meds or makes you wait hours longer then what you were told over the phone. This occurs after filling the same meds for over 4 years.
I heard her taking to someone about her political views. Very Very unprofessional...”

“Here is a little public service announcement for everyone who has expressed frustration and dissatisfaction of this pharmacy. This particular Walgreens pharmacy is the busiest in the state. People are always upset, impatient, and rude to the staff without understanding that 99% of the issues are not in their control. They can't find enough people to work and stay because it is grueling, constant and exhausting. Everyone should do better understanding their insurance, their providers, their financial responsibilities, and their medications and stop getting all wound up at the people who are trying to help them. Step behind that counter and try their job for one day and then write a review.”

“I am sitting my car, with tears of gratitude streaming down my face for this pharmacy.We live in Oregon, and came to visit family here in the Salt Lake City area. Our car had troubles on the way here, and then our daughter got sick and had to go to the doctor.Filling the prescription, they were so kind and patient with my mom, as she was trying to give them all the information they needed (she was watching my daughter when they had to go to the doctor).Then today, we could not find the bottle of antibiotics for anything! It was totally gone!I called back the pharmacy, and they were kind, they were efficient, and they contacted who need to be contacted, and got us our medicine to us very quickly.Greg the pharmacist, is especially an absolute gem! As I was waiting there in line, I saw 10 people come into the pharmacy. There were only two pharmacy techs and the pharmacist. They were all working so incredibly hard!Everyone is short-staffed. Please be kind to these people that show up for us.Thank you Walgreens pharmacy!!! We had some really terrible things happen to us this week, but you're kindness meant more to us than we could possibly express. Thank you!”
