“I LOVE THIS PLACE! My fiance and I realized 20 minutes before close that we had a package that needed to be refrigerated so we really didn’t want it sitting overnight. My fiance called while I rushed over, and the lady stayed after close to help us out. It was so nice and so appreciated. Both women I’ve met at this location are so sweet and fun to talk to and v knowledgeable. I honestly didn’t even know that small postal businesses still existed but I’m really glad I know about Postal Hub bc I get to support them ??”

The person who helped me took the time to call someone by phone regarding a package with alcohol pads I had received through FedEx, which was a bit confusing and did not make much sense. The next day I came back with a different disk same thing but then they told me that they can’t open pages so I had to come back a third time. “Frank is absolutely the best professional I did business with hands down.I had an issue that an AliExpress seller sent me the wrong item. I shipped it back, the screen was damaged during shipping. But the seller made the first mistake otherwise I wouldn't have had to ship it back to China! for $150+!!! and the screen was $312.Now, there was a lengthy dispute I don't want to mention here... Frank advised me to buy the insurance when I shipped to China. I am glad I listened to him! usually I don't buy insurance. When I contacted him about the issue, he asked me for the order details on aliexpress to make sure of the item and its price. He compensated me for it and the shipping!I will definitely ship again with this location, and stick with it. Really satisfied about my experience. Kudos Frank!”
