This food was so freaking good. We had the appetizer of a pita dip made with roasted eggplant, which the waitress recommended. It was amazing. I had a huge marinated strip of beef that was like a mile long and it was very tender. The saffron basmati rice and salad were perfect. Would highly recommend this place if your taste buds are bored.

Very pleasant lunch and tasty food. A pretty restaurant playing soothing music. We ordered kababs and wraps so a picture isn't necessary, but the food was tasty and reasonably sized. Would love to try the more complicated stews for dinner. The food did take some time so this is not a rush in and rush out kind of place if that's what you are looking for.

First off, make a reservation. This place is so good they get busy or go early. The food was so tasty and fresh. I had the beef kabob with a salad and some tea. The meal filled me up. The servers were attentive and professional. Although I don't live in SLC, I will go back next time I'm in town.

Ordered a plain fizzy yogurt drink, they gave us the mint flavor. Then the drink exploded all over the table when we opened it as if they shook it up.I ordered the "filet mignon" which turned out to be a long flat piece of meat that was definitely not filet mignon. It arrived cold, along with the under-cooked and under-flavored saffron rice.Definitely would never eat here again.

Best Persian food in Salt Lake City. 5⭐️ with a caveat! we’ve tried persian food all over the US and many parts of the world, so we set our expectations accordingly. We will visit again when we are back. We had the Soltani and Cornish hen. Our requested Medium Rare Barg part of Soltani arrived Medium-Well but still tender and flavorful and we still enjoyed it. The Koubideh part of it would’ve been a 4star had it not been flavored with cinnamon spice, although that may be a personal preference, and some may otherwise enjoy it. The Cornish hen was fine except the whole hen appeared to have been grilled on one skewer and the smaller more delicate parts such as the wings all the way to the drums were severely burnt and hardly eadible. Upper thighs and breasts were adequately cooked in the process and were tasty. We also ordered dessert. We were interested in their Baklava and prior to ordering inquired if they were offering a Persian or an Arabic version of it. We talked to a couple people and none were sure what version it was, one ended up stating it was a Turkish version. We actually enjoyed the Baklava, it was a classic Greek version. The tea was phenomenal. The service, attentiveness and sincerity of the staff at the restaurant was above and beyond. My review is meant to be constructive and informative. Overall, expectations adjusted, I highly recommend this restaurant in Salt Lake City and definitely worth the experience.

This is a legit Persian spot with incredible food. Don't hesitate to go here. Fluffy perfect rice, the best kebabs I've ever eaten in my entire life, and delicious traditional stews that you don't often see. Friendly staff also who seated us without a reservation on a busy Saturday night!

Excellent Persian food. The saffron tea is phenomenal, the wraps are great, the hummus was stellar and flavorful, and the rice was cooked to perfection. A little on the more expensive side, but definitely worth it for the incredible depth and balance of flavors.Parking: Parking lot is a little small and can be tight to find a space at peak hours

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in the Salt Lake Valley. The food is AMAZING, saffron tea is to die for, and I could eat my weight in the zereshk polo lol. I can't recommend them enough! I also love the decor, especially the giant photo that I think is Persepolis, and the cuneiform cylinder I keep meaning to check out.Vegetarian options: Many veg options, they are great about accommodating requests.Dietary restrictions: They are great with accommodating any requests you have.

We went for Valentine’s Day and they gave me a box of chocolates with the bill. Food was beyond amazing, the appetizers were so fresh and flavorful. The vibe was super cute and the staff so friendly. Could not have had a better experience!

Crazy this place has such good reviews, we’re the only table in the restaurant yet the food took almost 30 minutes. The waitress didn’t check on us or update us on the status of our food. Food was okay wouldn’t return because of service, when we asked if it the food was almost ready she said I think so.

This was absolutely delicious! We wanted to try everything but settled on boorani bademjan, hummus, dolmeh, fesenjoon and a chicken and beef kabob. They were all on point. Will definitely go again.Kid-friendliness: 7 yo and 4 yo both ate the kabobs.
