Amazing customer service. Spent a few days riding Brighton. My boots were given me some jip. Ashton was the first person I spoke with when I went in. Quality customer service. Second experience was with the lad with glasses in the boot area. Sharp, friendly and helpful. Got me in and out within a few mins after a few tweaks of my boot. I'd definitely choose this place for my next boot fitting. I appreciate good customer service, these guys have it.

100% the only place to go for anything alpine. The atmosphere and people are legitimately great and they are 100% focused on you. They ah e all of the stuff you need and great workmanship. For instance, went in for a boot adjustment and helped me out even while they were slammed. Love this place and will be a life long customer.

I worked with the owner to get new boots.I told him I liked Technica. He fitted me for a new pair. I thought these guys were the tops in boot fitting. I left happy and excited to ski on my new boots. With in 2 days it seemed the boots were getting sloppy so I went back to the shop. A new person helped me, measured my foot looked at my boots and asked who sold you these they are 2 sizes to big! When I told him who fitted me his reply was well that is one of the owners. I asked to return the boots and buy ones that fit correctly. I was told no way I own them and would have to pay full price for a new pair and suggested I sell them on ebay. My mistake was I told them what boot I was interested in and he did not have my size ( i found this out when I went back )) so he sold me what he had not what was the correct boot for me.BEWARE they do not care about you they just want to get your MONEY.

Came to town with a pair of ill fitting boots from the east coast. I’ve got hard to fit feet. Daniel set me up with a pair of Lange boots and custom footbeds. They’re the best fitting boots I’ve had in 40 years. Love these guys and you should too for new gear!!

We flew in from upstate NY and stopped here on the way up to Snowbird to rent skis for my husband and I. I was worried about finding boots that would fit because I have large calves, and skiing is usually not a pleasant experience for me because it is very painful. I went to our local big ski store in NY and couldn't find boots that didn't feel like they were cutting off my circulation. I did lots of online research of the widest and comfortable boots for my problem. I was skeptical that I'd find rental boots that would fit me but the first pair he brought out was the Nordica HF rear entry boots I had been eyeing online and they did! I am actually excited about skiing now. They have a great selection of snow gear for adults and kids. My kids loved the ski lift bench in front of the store and inside as well.

I came into the shop today to get some help with a buckle on my brand new boots I brought with me from Michigan - a pair I didn’t buy there. They blew me away and fixed the buckle quickly and without a fee. What a great testimony to their customer service!!!

They were supposed to do waxing and enge sharpening. I am not sure they did. My edges were still rusty when we picked up. Also for my teenage son I wanted his bindings checked. They were so unorganized. Charged me a ton and I don't know what they really do. I would not go there tbh

These guys are the only dealer in Salt Lake City with zip fit cork in stock. They refused to sell me any because I didn’t buy my liners there. Zipfit sends you a few tubes of cork when you have a bulk order for tuning the fit for customers buying new liners. So strictly speaking it makes sense, but it’s kind of a weird move. You’re a bootfitting shop and you have the materials to fit boots but you won’t fit boots for money? Owner was a prick about it too. Doesn’t exactly seem like he’s in skiing shape so I guess it makes sense. Understaff was nice, seems a well equipped and fairly knowledgeable shop - wanted to like it. Ended up having to drive 45 minutes to park city. Such is life.

Rent elsewhere. $50/day for “performance” skis yesterday, compared with $20/day at L9 downtown for the same skis (Dynastsr M Freeski 75). The skis I rode yesterday from Lift House had no edge. Not sharpened, and requiring way too much effort preventing slides on steeper, icier patches, and huge fun-reduction. Nice staff, speedy process, and awesome convenience for skiing the canyons, which makes this a 2 instead of 1 star rating. If I rent there again, maybe I’d request a tune while I’m waiting.

Came to lift house wanting to get fitted for some ski boots. Was immediately welcomed by Charlie, who made the whole fitting process very smooth while educating me on lots of different things along the way. At first I was a bit hesitant to spend as much as I did, but the service I received confirmed that I made the right choice. Charlie even gave me his cell # so that I could let him know how they were fitting once I got on the mountain. I ll likely be in for some adjustments over the course of this season and beyond happy I chose lift house.
