Update 7/4/23: this branch has been great ever since my last experience a few months ago. They are very personable and even call on your birthday’s to wish you happy birthday. I am glad to see that service has improved greatly!I’ve been using this CU for 21 years and the service lately seems to have gone downhill. I waited about an hour to get new debit cards for my account.They also let me leave without setting up a new pin. That caused some embarrassment when I was at the grocery store and my purchase was denied :(

This Credit Union used to be wonderful. If I could rate zero stars now I would. Recently, they rolled out an "improved online banking" system that is ABYSMAL. The upper level management should reach out to their members and acknowledge the problems they have created with this roll out. Instead they have let their members waste hours of time dealing with an unstable app that crashes repeatedly. It makes me question the safety of mobile deposits/transfers and banking. Terrible. An apology and other customer first moves would be in order.

My experience as a new member was efficient and joyful. Donovan is very sharp, and communicates very effectively. Answered all my questions, provided insight, and worked hard for me. In addition, David that pushed my refinance through was great also. He worked at offsight location, but communicated, left clear messages, and I could tell he works well with Donovan. Overall great experience and I am happy! I could use two gentleman like these two on my sales floor!

I’ve never had anything but good experiences here, but today I felt a little frustrated coming in to reset my password. I came in and asked for assistance resetting my password and immediately the tellers tried to dismiss me by saying that I had to do it through the application, which I had already tried I had just forgotten my security questions ( totally my bad). I was met by nothing but sarcasm and eye rolls which felt extremely belittling. I felt as if I had exhaust all my resources and was made to feel d*** because I couldn’t figure it out myself, I understand that this may annoying having to deal with helping people reset their passwords a lot but regardless the level of customer service and human decency was not met, I ended up calling and a wonderful customer service agent that helped me reset it, and I wish I would’ve just called it the first place but I guess that’s my bad too. Lol 10/10 phone call service 5/10 branch experience.

Paige is the best! Everyone at this branch is super friendly and incredibly helpful! They always go the extra mile to make sure I have a great experience. I'm always so impressed with the staff when I stop by. Thank you!

I have updated my systems on two titles for cars to be sent to the correct address and both were not updated by UfCU so now I get to waste my time because of their mistake. I would not recommend this group. Will not do business with them again.

Ive called several times and there customer service is horrible! Train your staff to be more helpful and treat there customers with some respect and not like we are a problem when we call!

Simone is the best. She helped me to defer my car loan in these weird times. She was not only respectful but she was funny and the most helpful person that I have talked to all day. Thank you so much Simone. you are the best.
