They lost my husband’s return of an expensive package. They will take no responsibility nor offer any help. They’re also very rude. Read other negative reviews with similar stories. Seems like this is a common problem here. Just unacceptable.

Horrible service! I was charged a computer fee for only printing me box labels that I emailed to them from my phone. Never used their computer.
The lady that helped didn’t explain all that to me at all. I even asked her am I paying that fee and she said no and still charged me. First time I ever come to this store and definitely last one. Horrible service!! They don’t even deserve a star but that’s the only option I have I guess!
Definitely come prepare when you come to this store or go to a different and it’ll definitely such a better experience

Was dropping off an Amazon package and also needed to print a page, so I figured I might as well since I was already there. The lady behind the counter told me there was a $2 “computer fee” + 14 cents/page to print anything. When I told her that I already had it ready in an email, she said that “Well, we have to use the computer to print it, so that’s the fee.” Seriously? $2 to open an email and click print? Ridiculous. When I made a comment to that effect (not my finest moment, I’ll admit), the lady behind the counter just said “OK, Bye!” rather snarkily.
Would be 1 star except she did take the time to explain the charges.
