They wanted to charge $2 to print a label that they can easily scan on my phone and print out the sticker ticket for so that felt very scammy. I’ve returned things here before and never been charged so I’m not sure why they decided that customer service no longer matters.

Staff were really friendly, but since it’s the company’s policy to charge $2 to print a label (all the guy had to do is zap my phone for barcode to print the sticker)… and for all the extra work I had to do to get a label, and then being handed a shipping label (that they wanted to charge me for) as a receipt for free— 1 star. That’s ridiculous.

I had been struggling to complete an online international shipment request. Specifically, I was having difficulty understanding the customs regulations and declaration portion and wanted some help. I went to store #1499 where Liz assisted me. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, helpful, and extremely diligent. She worked through all of the details, one by one, made recommendations, and ultimately got the shipment ready to go. She was a huge stress reliever. I greatly appreciated her friendly service, her expertise, and focus on "getting it right". Thank you!

Called this location for some clarification on a tracking number I had. I knew I would not be home to sign for a package arriving today and wanted to know my options. The person who answered did have the answers I was looking for, but was quite impatient. He answered the phone with "UPS" and then insisted I give him the tracking number, even though I was looking at the tracking on the UPS website while speaking to him. I didn't need help tracking the package. He got around to answering my question and I said "Ah that makes sense, thank you so much." and he just hung up. So far Utah has been the worst state I have lived in regarding customer service and kindness, and this is just another example of that.

Really upset with the service here. I have sent an emergency package overnight on Apr 18, 2023, but the package never arrive on time, and then come back to the store. When I come to re-pick up the package, I have found out the address was entered wrong, it was changed from Court to Road. I am 100% sure that I give the address on my phone for the employee to type in. The address I give her could be search on Google Map, but now she keep blaming me on giving wrong address. In addition, if you cannot find the address at first, at least give the receiver or sender a call to verify. I, the sender, or the receiver never receive a call when the package arrive on the wrong address. If you cannot find the address, why do you still mark the package Delivered? I do not pay just to get a bad service like this.

They would do whatever they could to charge you more on different stuff. I was supposed to get a free ups envelope with the service I paid instead they provided me an envelope that costs me almost $3 and they didn’t told me until i sealed my documents.

This location the franchisee owner charges a "computer access fee" its like $2 for the employee to access the company email to get lable if emailed. Then they want to charge a $1 fee to print the label. This location is a joke.

the folks here at the ups store are able to hold bags as they participate in the baggage holding bounce service. you have to go to the bounce website and in doing so they will hold your bags.the importance is that this location is on the the ski bus 972 route. so if you arrive too early for check in or don't want to waste time going to your hotel if it's out of the way, you can drop them off here and pick them up after you get back from the slopes.it's a great service they provide. your bags are secure and the service was quick friendly and excellent. i recommend this ups store and the bounce service.

It was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. My go to place for Amazon returns but if I need to ship this is where I'm going!
