Good prices, relatively fast shipping. My main frustration is in the confusing web site. Despite doing what was indicated to obtain free shipping (over $49 charge, scheduled refills). a shipping charge still appears on the invoice despite multiple attempts to remove that charge.

Vitality Medical is super supplier of all my medical needs with my Lymphedema problems. My orders always arrive within a short time of placing. That is an added plus for me as I am in constant use of Vitalities products and supplies. I have been buying from Vitality for quite some time now and have yet to have any disappointments with them. I will continue to buy from Vitality Medical as long as they continue to take care of my medical needs without any difficulties. I like a company that appreciates my business and lets me know it! A great service to me and their selections seem almost unlimited. Vitality's prices are equal to or below any of their competitor prices. My thanks goes out to Vitality Medical for being there for me when I'm in need.

Generally very satisfied. Shipping costs outrageous, but I guess shipping costs are outrageous. What POs me is that the items I buy are NEVER available at discounted sale. If the manufacturer doesn't participate then Vitality should. A good company!

Vitality is a great provider of medical supplies. Our orders came very quickly and it was easy to make an exchange when I ordered an incorrect item. The supplies cost less than other companies, too. The only problem that I encountered was unfortunately a huge problem -- it turns out that they don't carry the particular item that my daughter needs. We ended up having to order from a different company in the end. But honestly, if they carry what you need, I would definitely recommend Vitality.

Tension rings was supposed to be large, too tiny to fit my Esteem Vacuum. Even though it was useless I can't return it. $23.95 thrown away.

I placed an order for a handicap ramp on Dec 16th. Delivery was promised in 3 to 5 working days. That would put delivery on the day I was released from my rehabilitation hospital. Called customer service 3 times (it's a joke to call them customer service) and still cannot find out where my order is!! According to their website my order is still awaiting shipment (as of Dec 21st) and they cannot provide me with a tracking number (that might take 1-3 business days). I was told I'd probably receive my order before they get the tracking number!! They should have had a bill of lading as soon as that product left their dock! So I'm home with no way to get into my house because the ramp is not here. Don't purchase anything from this company!

Horrible customer service.I ordered supplies for my nebulizer. I have paid in advance and still do not have my supplies. Representatives that answer the calls are from a different country and display a negative attitude on the phone. Its best to try a different company that will deliver your supplies.

Received compromised med supplies that are supposed to be sterile, and therefore cannot be relied upon. Contacted the company by email and two phone calls. Company has only returned calls at weird times of days and both times I was unavailable. They essentially left a message telling me to call them back at a specific extension, but when I have, the person does not answer, and I have to leave a message again. They have not replaced or refunded my order as asked, and have apparently gone to great lengths to make sure they don't have to take responsibility for the ridiculous condition of materials they sent me. I will never order from them again. Customer service is nonexistent.

I do not recommend buying medical supplies from this company because you will not get a refund if you open a product and determine it is not suitable and wish to return it. From their own order return confirmation email, items returned "must be new and unused and in the original boxes."My bigger complaint with them is the runaround they did to my mother, who tried to return a product purchased shortly after my father passed away. Admittedly, I was not around when she initiated the return and was unaware that the original box had been opened BUT Vitality Medical also notes in their order return confirmation email that a customer should expect to receive a refund within 14-21 days of giving the package to the carrier for return, and that the time period includes transit time and the time it takes the warehouse to process the return once it is received. They did not provide any update that the refund was rejected within that time period.In the month following my father's passing, my mother's life had shattered and she was struggling mightily with her grief. I took it upon myself to help her in trying to get a resolution for this refund. While $2,100 is not a huge sum of money, it is still a sizable amount to an elderly woman on a fixed income.For the last month, I called Vitality Medical every week to get a status update on the refund. After providing them with the tracking number of the return, I was told to expect a status update via email within 3-5 business days. This went on for three weeks; every week after that timeframe had passed without an update, I'd call again and be given the same message. In my final phone call with them, they explained that the package had been opened and therefore the refund was rejected. But it took a month for me to learn this from them; again, I had not initiated the return so I was unaware that the returned item had been opened prior to refund. My frustration really comes down to the lack of communication by Vitality Medical and not receiving this news within the original 14-21 days time period documented within their own order return confirmation email. Additionally, it sucks that you basically need to be CERTAIN that the product you are purchasing is what you need. Medical supplies are not cheap and I think you are better off trying to find a product at a brick-and-mortar store because buying it from Vitality Medical without being certain that it fits your needs means you are stuck with it once it is opened.

I do not believe this business is legitimate. I spent at least two hours of my unpaid time building my cart/order to start my private nursing business. I spent over $1500 on hundreds of supplies and the money was taken from my business account immediately. I only received emails in the next three weeks stating, "you have items still left in your cart." This was not true and I assumed it was a computer program glitch so I deleted the emails. Suddenly, three weeks later, my entire order was cancelled and my money refunded. When I called customer service, the male I spoke with stated that I "failed to verify my account and order via emails sent to me over the past several weeks." When I told him about the actual emails I did receive, he was only focused on the imaginary "verification" emails apparently sent. When I asked him the rationale for verifying something already "processed," he responded he did not know anything about verification and I would need to speak with that department. I sent an email to the "contact" email and never received any communication. Do not waste your time!
