Drive up window if always closed. I can’t go inside and stand in the 20-30 minute long line. If you are in pain and can not stand for long periods go somewhere else. If don’t want to get Covid,the flu or anything else contagious… go elsewhere. Who wants to stand with sick people coughing and blowing noses?? This is why sick people go to a drive up pharmacy. Close pharmacy window and keep drive up open if you are understaffed.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been too! I am a nurse and cannot believe the horrible customer service, and incompetence of the staff here. Now they are temporarily closed? So how do we get our medications!!!! Horrible.

Don't go here for vaccines. The state of the store raises red flags and appointments mean nothing. Them being 2 hrs behind on vaccine appointments was the wake up call I needed to cancel and get my immunization elsewhere.

Always a long line whether at the drive-thru or in the store. Very difficult getting in touch with the pharmacy to check if a prescription has been received -typical 20 minute wait on hold. Will be looking for another pharmacy.

I filled 2 prescriptions here and notice the pills were both the same so they misplaced my other script & gave me a different one. There use to be a lovely pharmacist a few months back but since she has left this pharmacy is NOT CAPABLE of completing correct scripts. Please double check your scripts. I also had a technician ask me why I am on a medication??? i know that is not morally or ethically correct& could not imagine if it was for mental health reasons or a lifetime illness????I would not question what my Doctor of 15 years prescribed me. I try to absolutely not get on any prescribed medication because of places like this & try to refuse to take prescriptions so I am never put in these situations !!!!!!This is absolutely the worst pharmacy but i live in Cottonwood Heights. I really feel bad for people that need prescriptions monthly and have to deal w/these people. If your apps don’t work in the store then screenshot what coupon or your medical insurance because i’ve read other people complaining that there is a block in the store. VERY VERY TROUBLING comments.These comments only make me realize that it is best to try holistic & natural remedies UNLESS you have an infection or medical emergency. NOT ALL PHARMACIES ARE LIKE THIS ONE!!! I am still shocked I was given the wrong prescription. 07/16/2023I hate to complain but this is because the last 5 or 6 times I have needed antibiotics or anything from this pharmacy it is mentally exhausting.

We sent in a prescription for antibiotics and were hoping to get started on them right away. Eight hours later the prescription was still not ready and we kept on calling in and finally had to go sit and wait. I think they are just so overwhelmed that they cannot fill in a prompt timeline. They were nice enough once we got there but that was pretty frustrating.

Really slow service. Can’t come without waiting 20-30 minutes just to pick up a prescription, even when the line is short. The snacks are great though.Update: Went right before closing time last week and there was no line and the pharmacist immediately helped us.

Something has changed at this location. Terrible communication (or no communication) from the pharmacy. I question the competence of the pharmacist. I will be changing to another store.

The service used to be great, but the last several times I have visited the drive thru pharmacy I have waited for over 20 minutes, usually with only 1 or 2 cars in front of me. They have also put in the wrong insurance information several times and have made it difficult for me to get my son’s medication.

Just got finished at the pharmacy getting $220 worth of prescriptions and I can’t even be treated with courtesy by staff. They tell me either they don’t use the same manufacturer as Good RX has coupon for, so I have to pay more, or this time they say you can’t go thru drive thru and use GoodRX. So when I go inside I can’t access it due to some kind of internet blocking they have going on. Outside my phone works perfect, step inside and I can’t access the GoodRX site. It’s not a coincidence. I know because I checked right before going in… in drive thru and after going back out to my car after and it worked fine both times, but not in the store. I even went inside a second time to verify and sure enough internet won’t access GoodRC site. Other pharmacies don’t pull this on their cue, so say goodbye Walgreens. I’m tired of your insulting staff and terrible business ethics!

way to over priced for something super small and i personally thought it was funny that a bag of chips was 5 bucks
