I've been progressively more frustrated with Walgreens in general and this store in particular lately. Prescriptions I've had for years that are supposed to be automatically refilled take weeks or months to get in stock. I called to refill a prescription I needed before going out of town. They hung up on me after waiting 18 minutes so I drove to the store. Their drive-thru pharmacy was closed because they were short staffed (not a good sign) so I braved the long slow line inside. I explained my situation to BayLee. She was very patient, kind and efficient. She had my prescription ready within minutes. I was expecting an ordeal because it was near closing time. I hope they can hire more employees like her.

Just got finished at the pharmacy getting $220 worth of prescriptions and I can’t even be treated with courtesy by staff. They tell me either they don’t use the same manufacturer as Good RX has coupon for, so I have to pay more, or this time they say you can’t go thru drive thru and use GoodRX. So when I go inside I can’t access it due to some kind of internet blocking they have going on. Outside my phone works perfect, step inside and I can’t access the GoodRX site. It’s not a coincidence. I know because I checked right before going in… in drive thru and after going back out to my car after and it worked fine both times, but not in the store. I even went inside a second time to verify and sure enough internet won’t access GoodRC site. Other pharmacies don’t pull this on their cue, so say goodbye Walgreens. I’m tired of your insulting staff and terrible business ethics!

A day or 2 later I contacted the pharmacist, Pat, who would not listen to me and called me an A**hole under her breath, when I confronted her about that she seemed surprised I heard it but denied saying it. Other pharmacies don't pull this on their cue, so say goodbye Walgreens. I'm tired of your insulting staff and terrible business ethics!

Terrible service, not customer oriented, very slow. Don't fill prescriptions here. I will not go to this store again.

This store is possibly running a scam or hires completely inept individuals. Buyer beware. Not going to go into all the details, but they tried to refuse a full refund on unopened bottles of vitamins with a valid receipt that was only 2 days old. The store manager claimed, still don't know if true or not, that all vitamins, hair products, and makeup are not refund at full purchase price even if I opened. WOW! No one tells you that when you check out. After making 2 trips to the store and arguing with the manager we finally got a full refund from a very livid and rude manager. Refunds on unopened items with a valid receipt shouldn't be hard!

The customer service here was great. They noticed my needs and helped me check out quickly. I really appreciated that. I didn't feel like there were as many options here compared to other locations. It took longer to find something that I wanted and I didn't find everything that I needed.

Bought Tylenol and other staples w/o club discount as that would have involved touching forms, people and other areas of corona contamination. Why not just give me the discount?

The pharmacy never fills your sub prescriptions when you ask them to been coming here for six months I have go back-and-forth two or three times before they have them available. This is after I get text to tell me that the prescriptions are available and ready to pick up. #Fail

I usually like to shop here, but have changed my mind today, I went to talk with the pharmacist to find what I need for my kid, the guy with long white beared said I can tell you all about this medicine with my dr degree but my degree didn't tell me where are all medications located in the store, you will need to talk with the person who put the medicine on the shelf, I was like can't you help me find it, he said I can't, so sounds like if you or the sales person don't know where the stuff you need at the store you won't be able to find it. And this white beared pharmacist has some attitude with his dr degree. I will not recommend to shop here.
