Do not use the pharmacy here, absolutely horrendous experience. I waited 3 days for them to do absolutely nothing. They were supposed to fax my doctor. Literally couldn't even do that in 72 hours. Horribly rude staff and management. PLEASE take your business elsewhere. I went to creek pharmacy down the road and they did in 30 minutes what took this pharmacy 72 HOURS to not do

If you need a passport photo taken, try UPS. Employees at the cash registers and the photo booth seem mentally ill and grossly uncultured. Sad state of affairs.

I'm not sure why a corporation is allowing such a level of dysfunction. The refill process simply does not work. It has not worked for me in the past year.

Terrible service at this branch. Wait times are bad. Sometimes they don’t even have your script ready, even though you get a text message indicating otherwise. Lots of opportunities for improvement here. Until they improve, I think I’ll take my pharmacy business elsewhere.

They have serious problems staffing the pharmacy. Drive through is always closed and its a minimum 20 minute wait to get your prescription. It has been like this since early 2022. Pharmacists are nice enough but they cannot keep staff.

I am done with this location. They will have my prescription for a week and still not have it filled. I have to physically come in and ask them to fill it. Beyond frustrated.

I'm not sure what's going on but this used to be a pretty average pharmacy. The drive through was convenient and the hours were decent. The past year or so the service has been declining. Drive through is rarely open, the line inside to pickup only is 30-50 minutes or more. I've even come a couple of times when the pharmacy was closed hours early or for the entire day because of staffing issues. Management needs to step up their game. For me it's time to find another place.

Absolutely heartbroken. Irreplaceable photos we took in the hospital when I gave birth to my daughter were ruined. I paid for them and when I got home, everyone of them were black ???They exposed it to light in the process and I can never get those moments back.Update: I called and asked for a refund which I don’t care about the money, but more the principle and they said yes. The manager then calls me back 5 minutes later and said they now won’t give me a refund because it was MY fault I didn’t look at them in the store even though no one asked me too. Honestly unbelievable and I’m so upset.

Don't even bother trying to get your prescriptions filled here. The drive-thru will randomly be closed and you'll be waiting in line at least a half hour if you go inside, so if you're just trying to ask a question or figure out the status of your prescription it's an absolute waste of time. And don't even try to call and get those questions answered because you'll either be on hold indefinitely or on hold for a half hour before being disconnected. I mean I get they're short staffed but this is just ridiculous!
