After my first experience here, this will definitely become my regular vet office moving forward. My cat developed a nasty eye infection over the past week so I took her in for an emergency visit today when her symptoms progressed. I was in and out within an hour which is great seeing as I was a walk-in. The entire staff from the front office to the techs to the doctor were all wonderful and great to work with, they all showed great care and concern for my cat. I felt like she was definitely in the right hands.

I’ve been going to this vet for about 10 years now and they have been great for basic vaccines. I would not recommend if your dog is truly sick to come here. I knew something was wrong with my dog and spent $800 for all the tests they recommended. They never gave me a true answer and told me to feed him more protein. Fast forward a month I decided to get a second opinion and had the previous X-rays sent to the new vet. They saw tumors in the X-ray which led to surgery the next day to save his life. Unfortunately he had stage 4 cancer in 4 organs and passed on the table. I wish willow creek pet center would have taken my dogs case more serious.

They boarded my green checked conure for over a week and I couldn’t ask for more. He’s super social so they put him in the break room where he made friends with the whole staff. Leaving my little buddy I’m always afraid he will be alone and that definitely wasn’t the case here. He’s even super nippy when excited and they worked with him. Thank you for taking care of my little feathered buddy.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They took my brand new kitten to the back and said they were just weighing her, but gave her a leukemia test without my permission. She is 8 weeks old. I also got asked if I wanted the Care Club membership by 4 different employees, but no one could give me any kind of handout with pricing or show me a breakdown of the money I would be saving. No one would tell me how much her vaccinations were if I didn’t join this subscription. When I received my bill, I told them I did not know my cat was getting a leukemia test and that I was upset, and the woman told me that the tech assumed I would sign up for the care club and that it would have been covered in my fee. To sum up, they did testing I did not approve of and didn’t know was happening, and tried pressuring me into a subscription I had no information on. Tot heir credit, they did not make me pay for the leukemia test, but it should not have been performed in the first place.

After having bad experiences with other vet offices, this place is AMAZING. I've never been kept waiting for more than a few minutes. They're always friendly and on top of details, and I feel like they actually care about the well being of my dogs.

Dr. Barney was amazing with my Frenchie and he will be our vet for life! He fixed maverick’s cherry eye and it looks amazing. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate him.

Woke up and found our dog was very sick. When that happens, you need someone to listen and to see them right away. The Willow Creek Pet (Vet) Center was the ONLY listed "emergency" vet we called that would see our pet today. All the staff from the veterinarian to the orderly and even the front desk people were very caring and understanding. We were immediately shown to a waiting room, and after a short wait our pet was looked over, weight and temperature were taken, and then he thoroughly examined by a veterinarian. They listened, answer our questions, and were very helpful and reassuring. The lobby, examination room and even the center's bathrooms were all clean and sanitary. Our sweet dog was handled with great care and he was treated very humanly. The cost of treatment was about what we expected. Health Care for pets is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I can wholeheartedly give them a solid recommend for the care of your pets.

We bring our aging dog (16.5yr old) to one of their sister hospitals out west (we followed the doctor our there). We have decided it's time to euthanize our little guy, as it's getting difficult for him to get around on his own. He gets anxious in car rides, so I thought I would call the local hospital to see about having it done 5 minutes away instead of 30. They informed me our dog would need to have an exam beforehand. I told them he just had an exam 3 months ago, and could they have the records sent? The answer was no. About a month ago, I called to have him boarded for one night, and they told me he needed a fecal exam and a K-9 influenza vaccine before they could help. So we told him to the sister hospital that didn't require these things. Years ago, they charged us $25 to express our dogs' glands before boarding him. We never used them again because when we asked our regular vet about it, she told us this was an unnecessary exam for our dog that only certain breeds required.Bottomline:1. Beware when you come here. Ask about all charges in advance.2. I was mistaken thinking the VCA hospitals who are owned by the same company would work together giving us a benefit to choosing one of their clinics.

There is only one veterinarian here that I truly trust to care for my animals. Dr. Ahlstrom is someone I respect and is very well versed and knowledgeable with cat's and all animals with the care they need. I recommend only her to everyone as she is really good with cats and overall just a great veterinarian. So because of her, she is the only reason why I keep coming back to this clinic. My one star is for two reasons. The first one is a deeply disturbing experience with one of their veterinarians care which resulted in the death of my cat after a feeding tube was not placed when he had a broken jaw. This is standard practice and procedure to place a feeding tube as beccause how is the animal supposed to eat if their jaw is broken? I was not notified that the jaw was broken until after a dental procedure was performed. Even after two other veterinarians beforehand said his jaw was not broken. There have been other experiences shared by others on social media of the same doctor's treatment and care resulting in their animals death. I contacted VCA about this experience and no one ever reached back out to me which confirmed further to me they didn't care about the welfare of my animal but gladly took my money.Secondly please keep in the back of mind if you schedule an future appointment if you have disabilities or health complications to be very careful with scheduling as if you experience any complications with such of your disabilities or even examples such just with your life such as you can't catch your cat, your car breaks down, a family member dies (the list goes on what could happen) they are NOT understanding or accommodating to these situations and they will penalize you for calling and canceling an appointment after the 24 hour mark of the appointment time because they need to fill those appointments. I understand that business needs are important but showing compassion to your clients I believe is more important expressly when you have customers who overall have a track record of being good clients and also whom are long standing clients who bring substantial amounts of business to the practice. It is not mentioned to you in the email sent to you or on the phone call when scheduling but to not be marked on your account with their records of attendance and ultimately be required to pay almost $100 dollars deposit before you can receive medical help for your animal that will go towards the care if you come. You need to cancel at least 24 hours or more beforehand. This penalty occurs if you have any issues for three times over the life span of being with this clinic. So keep in mind even if you do call them and notify them of cancelation after the 24 hour mark of the listed appointment time and still even before the appointment they will no matter what mark you and they keep that on your records life-long and they will not remove it even if you have tried to explain the situations. If you choose to do business with them they do take care credit, all major credit and debit cards and cash. They also have a bathroom for you to use.

Simply amazing Dr/ staff. They really care about your pets, and also care about if you have any questions. I get 100 % honest / real time updates when my pet was getting teeth cleaning (my cat had bad reaction to the sleep med; it was his first time ever going under), and I trust VCA Willow Creek 100%, with my pets. My cats’s vet, Dr. Karolina, is awesome!!

So I have 2 reviews here. One for the Vets(10/10) and one for the staff(1/10):-Desk staff is rude, unprofessional, and condescending.-Vets are fantastic!! Caring and are willing to see other perspectives!! Have never been happier with a vet!-Cost is about 30% higher than anywhere else. However when you visit, you can see what you’re paying for(Aside from the front desk employees).I would highly recommend. Just endure the pain of their service staff and you will be happy with their vets.

Everything was kind of a blur because I was very overwhelmed putting my dog Sophie to sleep. However, the person who helped us before the vet came in was so kind and compassionate, and patient in talking through things with me even though I was crying and barely holding it together. I know this part of their job must be so sad and hard, and I am very grateful for the kindness I experienced. And thank you for being so kind to Sophie during her last moments.

I’ve loved this place from the start. As a vet and now as puppy preschool for my golden retriever. Clean and friendly!
