If I could zero stars I would, canceled in March and still have not been able to get my refund of over $400!! Terrible company. I keep getting the run around. I’ve been told it’s in accounting, it has to be approved, it could take up to 90 days etc. no call back, no communication. My advice is if you want to cancel, use all the credits because you’ll never get your money back!!

Ihave been with xps for a number of years. Any time I have had a glitch, their support team has been on it like white on rice!

Was waiting for our delivery, it never arrived. Found out that the order was delivered, just not to me. Called the shipper and verified the info was correct for delivery. Costed me another week to get my package. Good luck if you decide to use them.

They trie to over charge, was rude and said I never called to change info. Have several emails where their story changed all in one day. One lady tried to say I was lying about calling when I told her I have proof from phone records I called. She said she trust her employees more then the paying customer.

Took $500 from my account without notice 5 months after I cancelled the account. Refuses to tell me when/if I will get a refund. Doesn’t return my phone calls or emails, doesn’t communicate. Doesn’t care that my small business needs this money. Claims USPS is holding my funds yet cant produce any files on it. Said it can take the money because my account wasn’t “cancelled” yet I have no access to the online portal to check my account. This place is an absolute joke.

Great pricing BUT the “customer service” reps are always rude and never fully answer your questions. They also will bill you later for things that were never discussed. If you void a label you are billed twice for it and it literally takes two weeks for a customer service rep to even respond ! They never want to do their job or any work.

Very bad customer experience. Their platform is very hard to use for the payments options and instead of helping you to resolve the issue, they close your account and leave you alone.

We had an issue with USPS and a specific shipment, and the staff at XPS were very helpful. Great customer service and they were able to reimburse part of the shipping costs for us.

The shipping aspect is okay. When we closed our account, however, was when the fun began. The account was closed on January 10th with a balance owed to us. Would we get a refund? "Yes" we were told. Today is April 2nd. Through about 1/2 dozen phone calls over the past three months, we were given one excuse after another as to why a check wasn't sent to us. They are either completely incompetent or consummate liars and dishonest. I suspect the latter. I've complained to the BBB and the Attorney General of State of Utah about this dishonest company.

Great pricing, easy to use interface and excellent service from the staff. I have a number of other multi-carrier shipping services and have found this to be the best overall!
