I’ve been banking with America First credit union for over 25 years. Car loans, RV loans CDs I’ve done all of my business there. Today I went in to open a business account and deposit a check. I waited first for the Acct Rep. after waiting five minutes or so I decided to go deposit the check first. I finished my transaction and they put my name on the list. I took a call and sat down. The Acct. Manager was just sitting there so I continued my call. When she got around to getting up, I was still on the phone. Instead of asking me if I was ready. (I would’ve happily gotten off the phone) She went to the other people who came after me and were also waiting and help them. I waited another 15 minutes. Then decided clearly they don’t want my business, business account or otherwise. So I left and will be opening an account somewhere else. I guess 25 to 30 years of business doesn’t matter. It is very sad how much customer service has gone downhill the last few years.

Credit unions always suck. I guess you save a little bit of $$ but is your time waiting in line worth nothing?

This credit Union is excellent!!!! I have been using the Bangerter/Draper branch for awhile and love how competent and friendly everyone is. I recently got a moto loan through AF and have never been more impressed! They were so helpful and even called to make sure I had all the forms I need for registration. I am moving everything from Mountain America to America First after this experience.

I've never had any problems with AFCU. The wait times are always very short and the tellers are very professional.Scott (loan officer) was friendly and particularly helpful as my husband and I opened a new account and got everything transferred and figured out! Scott made everything really easy and simple!

Been banking here for 10 years. The experience continually goes down hill each year. Everything from deposits, loans and withdrawals is getting more cumbersome, slow and less friendly.

I opened a checking account Feb 2 and and now 57 days later, still no checks. Nobody knows where they are. Customer service doesn't even pick up the phone. Zero stars.

Love the bank, but this branch sucks. Every single time we have EVER had to go in for whatever reason, we’ve had to wait 30+ minutes with our two kids. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what, but people have lives & things to take care of. This is frustrating. Hire more people.

I went to deposit a check through the drive through. I couldn't remember my account number. The teller refused to look it up to make the deposit. She said it was "against their new policy to look up account numbers in the drive through" Seems quite ridiculous!. The check I was depositing had my name on it which would have matched the account name as well. When I went to look up the account number from my computer that I happened to have in my car - she said she couldn't wait for me to look it up- she didn't have time to wait - she said she would have to help other customers in line...( there was one other car in the whole drive through- and I had just sat there in line for about 15 mins waiting for her to help the one car ahead of me) - She proceeded to tell me it was almost closing time and reiterated again that she did not have time to wait that she needed to close on time. Worst customer service I have experienced with this credit union.

One of the worst branch if it’s not the worst.Employee 9307 112-13 helped me last 4 times and she has no clue about customer service 0/10 that bad.I called the branch after 4th time the manager just asked what was the problem after experience for her she just gose ok by with out asking who was the employee or time or anything.Never going back to the location

I only have a car loan, but getting help is almost impossible. I’ve even received requests on my loan from their title Dept asking me questions that they should have as they were the lender!Based on my experience I would not use them if you have another option.
