“Everyone is super kind. Love the decorations and how there are completed designs to give you an idea of how to make them look. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I would love more kits for more complex decorations, and just more options in general. Still highly recommend.”
“A cute shop with high-end yarn and a wonderful staff! If you are looking for merino wool, this is the place to go to. I love the colors and selection and they have a reward points system too. They also offer classes, though I have not personally attended one.”
“Dave was extraordinarily helpful and gave me the most useful, and pleasant possible experience on the phone regarding some specific and niche products that the store/website carries. Thanks Dave!”
“I was so excited to visit this store and it is absolutely beautiful and well stocked with lovely products. I came in at 5.30pm when the store closes at 6pm. The cash register was already being counted, the salesperson made me feel rushed. I can't imagine the owner would be pleased with the experience/service their employees are providing. I did try to reach out on Instagram messenger before doing a review but didn't get a response. This could be a perfect store. Fingers crossed some happy passionate staff will join the team.”
“I love this store, but their restrooms are horrible. Every time I go in to use them, they are never clean. The toilets are always gross, the floors are dirty, and things are in disrepair.”
“They stack coupons as long as the coupons are different! 10/10 also my brother ran to Joanns to get me something I needed for a class as I couldn't made it there due to the snow. We were on a video chat and the cashier asked him if he had coupons, he said no, and she applied one for him without thinking twice! What was a 24$ ruler originally turned into a 9$ ruler. Yay!”
“just visited for the first time and I love this shop. They have a broad selection of high-quality, fun yarns in natural fibers. The lady running the counter (maybe the owner?) was really pleasant and balled my yarn for me.”
