I wish I could give this store more than 5 stars. Not only are they really kind and helpful, they go above and beyond to look at your plan and do everything in their power to help you get the most out of your service. Plans change periodically, and the staff here will help you get the most bang for your buck. After a trip to this location to upgrade 2 of our phones, we walked out with a new phone bill for upgraded service paying substantially less than we were paying before, and that's even with the 2 new phones added to our account! Your mileage may vary, but the staff here wants to help, and will do everything they can to do so.

Brynn and James were excellent! They were so kind and helpful when it came to trading in my phone! They even went above and beyond with putting my screen protector on that I bought off of amazon. Bonus - I found out that Brynn even taught himself Spanish while working at AT&T just so he could help a wider pool of people.

Best service at an att store from Brynn, James and Taylor!! Yes we had to make 3 separate trips to try to complete an upgrade and activation. One additional trip to the corporate store, no help there and they sent us back to this store to fix issue! It will be my last trip, or o will change carriers!

James was outstanding. He was so helpful, polite and very knowledgeable about all our questions. He made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. We had just gotten our phones in the mail for the seven lines that we were switching over to AT&T form another carrier. That we had been with for over 25 years. He walked with us through every step of the way. Even to the placement of our scream covers on our new phones. He made sure that all our questions were answered. We plan on returning to James for any future needs.

James was AMAZING! He helped my husband get a new Apple Watch. He was knowledgeable about the devices and although he was still new (only 12 days into the job), he was happy to answer any questions we had- even if he had to call his boss to ask. He also helped put a new screen cover on my phone. He was very honest about his abilities and very friendly. Please go see them for all your needs!

Screen went out on a phone we bought from them. They would not help, just said we needed to pay off the phone and get a new one. Do not buy from here.

Bryce was amazing to work with. Answered the phone professionally when I called and easily helped me with my issue when I came into the store. 10/10 would recommend working with him again.

We went to the store because my son's phone wasn't updating. My son explained to the problem and explained the research he had done. The rep was condescending and dismissive and said my son was "like 12" and didn't know anything. He was very rude, offered no suggestions, and ended up being wrong.

I’ve had multiple poor experiences at this location.1.) Ashton, mislead me and said I was getting a “free” Apple Watch if I purchased the new Ultra. I specifically asked him if it was actually free and not locked in a contract. He confirmed it was and then after I gave it away. 16 days later (holidays) when my mom went to connect it surprise surprise Ashton lied and the watch is on a 36 month installment plan. He also lied about my bill only being $150 when it’s actually $3952.) I went back to complain and the new manager informed me that Ashton was removed from that store. The new manager was sassy. He told me he couldn’t take back the watch and basically had no solution.We started to set up a 3rd Apple Watch plan for my old watch and I asked him to not do that because I would just use the new one. He did it anyways and now I have 3 watch plans that I can’t cancel.
