Dr Orr is the best! We have backyard Ducks, and when they have gotten injured, I can reach out to him-w pictures/videos and explain what’s going on. If we feel he needs to physically look at the duck, he will happily do a house call. He has helped save many ducks. Thank you, Sandra .

Had a great experience at the West Jordan Banfield. The vet and technician were very friendly and informative. They really took the time to understand my pets health history and the best course of action for him. I felt very valued and that my pet was cared for. Highly recommend.

For those who are looking for Dr.Grover who recently left to start his own hospital I was able to find him! He has been an awesome vet to our cats and I’m so happy to have found him. We saw him this morning. His hospital is called Live Well Animal Hospital in herriman.

Dr Orr and his team spent time answering questions and helping make sure we had the correct food for our German shepherd who has a sensitive stomach.

If I could give 0 stars, I would - except for Jared, Savanna, and Dr. Hanley, who were the only bright spots in an otherwise devastating experience.
Dr. Orr at Banfield Creekside is, without question, the worst veterinarian I’ve encountered in over 30 years of bringing my pets in for care. He prescribed 0.35ml of insulin for my diabetic dog, Gracie, instead of the correct 3.5ml - a tenfold error that left her lethargic, unstable, and suffering for over two weeks. I followed his instructions exactly, unaware that the dose was far too low, and blamed myself for her decline.
I am heartbroken. And furious. This was a completely preventable mistake.
The only reason we caught it in time is because Jared at Creekside, who listened to my concerns, took action. He personally called the Sandy Banfield location, where Savanna, an outstanding vet tech, and Dr. Hanley reviewed Gracie’s file and immediately identified the mistake. If not for them, Gracie could have continued to suffer - or worse.
I’ve been a loyal Banfield Wellness Plan member for years. But what happened under Dr. Orr’s care was negligence, plain and simple. He should not be treating animals.
If you care about your pet’s health, do not trust Dr. Orr with their care. And if something doesn’t feel right, speak up! It could mean the difference between life and death.

I appreciate the staff at this hospital. They are friendly, comforting, patient, and kind. I normally go to Banfield in CO, but this is my go-to vet care while in UT.

They used to be really good but have really gone downhill post-covid.
My cat is constantly suffering from diarrhea and they just don't seem to care too much about solving the problem.
They're either booked or want you to do a drop off appointment which usually involves leaving my cat there all day which I just don't see as helpful.
When I took my cat in last time for diarrhea the vet recommended a really expensive prescription food that is formulated for constipation. Time to try a new vet.

Your dogs will suffer if you come here. Had wellness plan for all my dogs for years. Vets do not review test results or look at results comprehensively to look for patterns. Our bulldog showed sever critical liver enzyme issues for 2+ years and no one said a thing. He died this February from liver failure and bleeding. Our Shar Pei showed classic signs of an inflammatory disease that leads to death and needs to be diagnosed and treated ASAP. Been coming since he was a puppy and showed signs, no one suggested a test for it until he was 4. That’s two dogs either dead or life shortened due to negligence. Do not use this company they do not care about your dog and their optimum wellness plan is a joke.

Had a great first experience with my new puppy. The team was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions when setting up the appointment.
The appointment went very smooth, the entire staff was very friendly. Our vet tech was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and I could tell she loved her job.
We will be back again!
