Would you like to spend money for damage to your personal property? What about a severe rat infestation with feces all over your belongings? Property owners ignoring any concerns and ghosting you? Their employees unhappy? Rot and decay seen at every unit? Then this is just the place for you!
All concerns listed above were experienced at the Draper location and we were informed by the managers on site of the following:
-The owners will ignore customers' complaints
-The owners are well aware of a rat infestation problem which has been ongoing for years and refuse to remediate. They will tell you that since there is a small canal, rats naturally live there. They will also try to blame voles as the culprit, or try to accuse customers of storing food.
-The doors to every unit have rotted and the owners want the onsite managers to fix this with no training or experience, all to save money.
-That the owners work in a law firm so they are aware of the law, and how far the envelope can be pushed regarding repairs, customer concerns, etc. It also is a means to threat customers.
This is a preview of how you can expect to be treated. When looking for the owner's contact information, the managers on site will tell you they do not have an email address. You can find this if you do an online search.

My husband and I are the On-site Managers for Beehive Storage in Draper. We absolutely love this place. The tenants are very nice and friendly. If you are looking for storage, please come see us. We would be happy to assist you in all your storage needs. We have many different sizes. We make sure to keep the grounds clean, safe and protected. We have 24/7 security and we protect your stuff like it's our own. You won't find a better place than this! We have tenants who have been here for 20+ years and they don't have anything negative to say. Rent storage from us and you won't regret it!

Avoid this place. It’s a disaster. They increased our monthly payment without informing us. Our unit was broken in to and items were stolen. This place has ZERO security and customer service is deplorable. They don’t maintain their units and some of our items were ruined due to water damage. So glad we got our stuff out of there and moved it to Towne Storage on Redwood Rd (Google them). Towne Storage has security and staff who actually cares. I wish I had the option to give Beehive a negative star instead of one star.

We rent 2 storage units here. Great place. Only wish it had rain gutters. Gets icy in front of units in winter.

I'm a fairly new renter and I appreciate Karla and David helping me get rented. The unit I have is perfect and I have yet to have any issues.Also to those of you posting about break-ins you're pretty much announcing to robbers it's free range and encouraging people to come break in. Sometimes not announcing that helps the business. ?Nevertheless, I love this place and their recommendation of a round lock has been really helpful. They're always so nice and offer to help out.

Thought this was a secure place to store our household goods while moving out of state. Not! Beware, our large unit was broken into, our lock removed, they put their own on and must have come an gone several times before we discovered half our unit was missing. Lesson - use the round locks, check it frequently, maybe install your own cameras and don’t trust the Draper facility to be secure. Anyone can enter behind another driver. Not all the isles have cameras. We found that three other units had cut locks when we discovered ours cut. Tried calling the place after hours on Sunday, got a recording.
