We have bought a handful of cars from these guys for our work fleet and they’ve been awesome to work with. They’ve found us exactly what we were looking for when we couldn’t find it at other places.

Best Buy Auto made the whole process easy and stress-free. The staff was friendly, honest, and helpful every step of the way. Great service, fair pricing, and I’ll definitely be back!

Great people to deal with. 10/10 would recommend. I have bought a few cars from this dealership without the years and they have been awesome to work with.

I test drove a 2004 Land Cruiser. The odometer says that it has 68,000 some odd miles but in reality I had a mechanic run the Carfax and it had over 350,000, mi in 2022. So by now I'm sure it has over 400,000 mi. I let the owner know and he said okay and then didn't do anything to change the information on the listing. So if you're going there to check out the 2004 Toyota Land Cruiser, be careful because it has over 400,000 mi.

Busted rolling back the mileage almost 300k on a Toyota Land Cruiser. Disgustingly shady.

I was in need of a pick up. Needed something quick and I had to finance it. I found a Tacoma in there lot that my bank would actually finance which was a chore in itself. Fairly low miles and appeared in good condition. Got me out the door for just under $20k. That day I left the lot with a $20,000 paper weight. The title was clean but I found out today the truck has been hit. Hard enough that the entire steering system needs to be replaced. Now I’m out $20k for a loan and god only knows what it’s going to cost to fix it. I guess that’s what you get for trusting a dealership. Never seen a car salesman or a mechanic that has a shred of honesty and these guys are no different.

We have bought 2 cars now from Best Buy and have had a great experience each time. We got great cars and at great prices. It has been a pleasure working with Kent and Alfredo. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used car.

If you are thinking about buying from this business - DONT. They seem like genuine people but they are 100% greedy and untruthful people. We drove an hour for three days trying to figure out how to buy this van. They seemed nice but something was off the entire time and all the reviews are correct so listen to them. we did everything we thought was possible. Carfax, took it to a mechanic to have them check it out etc. it all came back good so we were just gonna go through with it because nothing seemed wrong with it but deep down we knew something was so off with the price. we went to the bank and then the bank knew it was worth way more so they looked into it more and we come to find out that it’s really worth 15,000 less than what they were going to sell it and not a clean title, very much the opposite, it was a totaled vehicle and they lied to us all that time claiming they had no idea when they definitely did. Even Carfax couldn’t pick up the fact that it was a totaled vehicle. The bank did some digging, and they found that it was a totaled vehicle.
The day of when we were going to buy it, it was so filthy so we took it to the wash and cleaned the outside and the inside and the whole time they knew they were taking advantage of us. We wasted so much money and time with these people and they knew the entire time what they were doing. Do not do business with these people or buy any vehicles from them. They are terrible people and they have terrible vehicles and that’s why they are so cheap. They are salesman and can easily convince you to think they are in the right, but they are NOT. Specifically Kent and Alfredo. Please do not waste your time here.

Avoid this place at all cost they all seem super nice and friendly, but they are all lying this “dealership” is such a corrupt place. Do not buy a car here they say their vehicles have titles, but they do not. They buy them at auction as totaled cars with rebuilt titles and claim they are clean titles. The 2019 ram pro master 3500 is a rebuilt title and worth less than what they have it posted for please listen to all the bad reviews they are all the there for a reason. do not fall for their tricks. if I could give a zero star, I would just stay away from this place. We got a Carfax and paid for a mechanic and paid for other websites to do a background check on the vehicle. They take advantage of people, they know what there are doing they know there vehicles are rebuilt title but still claim them to be clean titles. JUST STAY AWAY FROM HERE

I bought a 2008 Lincoln MKZ from Alfredo at Best Buy Auto. He assured me that there was nothing wrong with it and he gave me a fairly good price. I took it to my family mechanic later that week and was told that there were multiple issues including the engine mount, tie rods, EVAP system, lower control arm as well as a few other small things. I called Alfredo and explained this to him at which point he told me that I bought the car as is and there was nothing he could do about it. While that was the case, I feel let down by Alfredo because he told me that his in shop mechanic had went over “everything” and that there was nothing wrong with it. Either the mechanic doesn’t know what it is that he is doing, or Best Buy Auto is a crooked dealership.
