“I can’t recommend this LBS enough! I’m in Utah on vacation and had an urgent need for brake replacement to keep me rolling. Not only did they set me up with something that has proven to exceed my downhill needs, but their price for parts and labor were pleasantly surprising. At home in VA, the labor would have easily been double or triple. Lastly, they said they’d have it done by end of day, but shortly after I got back to my in-laws’ place they texted it was ready for pick-up. Wow…just wow. Highly recommend. I’ll have all my services done at this LBS going forward.”

“Had an emergency gear failure while in town to snowboard. The sole on my - like new - boots was peeling apart. Called a few other shops who weren’t very helpful said they could only sell me new boots. The team at Cottonwood Board Shop & Cyclery picked up the phone ready to help right away. They had my boots glued together like new within a few hours so I could get back on the mountain the next morning. Pricing was extremely reasonable and saved me from wasting a $200 lift ticket!
