“Go-Ride is an awesome shop with awesome mechanics. They have always gone above and beyond for me, including last minute repairs when the other shops were backed up and unwilling or unable to help. They are knowledgeable and helpful - what more could you ask for. They have been super helpful whether or not the bike in need of service was purchased from them or elsewhere. I have been a customer for about 15 years and counting...”

“I was in a couple weeks ago for a bike fit with Mark and my only regret was not doing it sooner! Mark was knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth. I tested out the new fit with 50 miles down in St. George shortly after that and have noticed immediate improvement in my comfort, especially in my saddle fit. I appreciate his expertise and customer service!”

“Purchased a few bikes, limited use of the service dept. I always feel welcomed and my questions are answered thoughtfully, no condescending attitudes which is a refreshing change from other bike shops.”

“Well-run Trek store, as most Trek stores are. Service manager Jeremy is great to work with, friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable on service needs and possible improvements. Joe (master tech) does outstanding work! They service all my bikes: Moots, Lynskey, and Trek. Work done on-time, done right, and at a fair price.”

“Great shop - they always have good inventory and the staff is super helpful. A few times the service crew has stopped to help with small things like a flat change on the spot!”

“These guys earned my business! Was trying to seat a bead on one of my tubeless tires and only had a hand pump at home. Called these guys at 10:00 am and they got me in and out by 10:45! Helped me seat the bead and get me on my way! Super nice people!!”

“This place is great! Allen was so helpful with repairing my jogging stroller tires and even fixed this ongoing clicking noise that I could not figure out. Will go back to them for our bikes and strollers!”

“This is where is take my bikes for tuning and upgrades. You’ll get individual attention, great work and great prices.

Do check they are open if it’s out of the way. It’s a small shop so sometimes they’re not.”

“Had an emergency gear failure while in town to snowboard. The sole on my - like new - boots was peeling apart. Called a few other shops who weren’t very helpful said they could only sell me new boots. The team at Cottonwood Board Shop & Cyclery picked up the phone ready to help right away. They had my boots glued together like new within a few hours so I could get back on the mountain the next morning. Pricing was extremely reasonable and saved me from wasting a $200 lift ticket! Support a local small shop who takes care of people! Give these guys your business!”

“Drove out to Highland to ride some fun trails in the area and realized I had forgotten my axis battery. These guys let me borrow one for two hours. Very very cool of them. Thanks guys!”

“This place is great! They have the best tire slime of all time. If you buy tubes and slime here, they'll fix any flat with a new tube, if your tires won't stay inflated, guaranteed. I had an inch ½ rip from a wire clothes hanger I ran over. I walked my bike home. It had sealed and there was still some air in it when I got there. Although it wouldn't have held if tried riding it then that stuff totally saved my rim.”

“This place fixed my son’s flat tire. I was worried because it’s a little kids bike, I didn’t know if they had tubes that small. But they did and they were quick and it only cost me $15! Friendly people! Would recommend!”

“The team at Bike Peddler does great work. I’ve been taking my bikes here since they were in American Fork, and their commitment to quality has never wavered. They constantly contribute back to the community, making sure that cycling persists regardless of how you like to ride.”

“Awesome bike shop! Purchased a set of wheels Randy had posted on Facebook marketplace. If you're buying something from him off of marketplace, and he gives you the address, swing by during their business hours. we didn't set a time to meet, I just showed up. We did have a miscommunication on the price. I was having a bad day and so was he so we were both a little hot headed right off the bat. We got to talking and I found out of his goats was very sick and he had spent the previous days finding medicine for her. We got to meet his two goats (doing much better!) he keeps behind the shop and his sweet dog. It was one of the coolest marketplace experiences I've ever had. If I have a need for service I'll be going here from now on. The wheels were true and in good condition the hubs had been rebuilt. Overall a great and memorable experience!”
