Talk about great service! They went above and beyond.
Damian was wonderful. I took my car in to get my brakes replaced and new tires. He told me that it was going to be 3-4 hours to complete the work on my car. He offered to drive me to my house so I didn't have to wait at the shop. He even came and picked me up at my house when my car was finished.
I will definitely come back to Big O Tires for any of my automotive repair needs.

This place is awesome. They took care of our family. Austyn was great to work with and helped us get the tires we needed and a good price. Probably our 3-4 time coming here over a 2 year period. Will continue to do so.

The Draper Parkway Big O Tires location has the absolute best service! I’ve been going to them for the past year, and they’ve consistently impressed me. They’re quick, honest, and offer very reasonable pricing.
Over the past year, they’ve handled everything from routine oil changes and tire rotations to rock chip repairs and even a full radiator replacement. Just today—during a busy holiday—they got me in and out in under an hour to fix a nail in my tire. And to top it off, they generously repaired it at no cost.
What really sets them apart is the thoughtful follow-up. About a week after every visit, I always get a friendly text checking in to make sure my car is still running smoothly. It’s such a simple gesture, but it shows they truly care.
The shop itself is clean and even dog-friendly, which I love. One time I forgot a doggy-doo bag, and they kindly gave me one without hesitation.
Everyone there is incredibly friendly, and they’ve earned my trust. I’ll continue going to them for all my car needs—highly recommend!

Never coming here again. Not even sure they did any work on my car but wanted to leave so didn't look into it. Large girl at the counter just stared at me when I walked in, customer service is non existent. The other guy at the counter did the same. Very strange experience. I booked online and filled out the services I needed yet the guy who ended up helping me still needed everything I had filled out....again...

The Draper City, UT Big O store, from my many years of experience with them, seems to now have a practice of informing me that my car has several mechanical issues that need to addressed right away or fairly soon, after their inspection of my car. Many of these highly recommended repairs from them are very expensive. To verify this I have received second opinions from other mechanics who tell me the repairs that this Big O store states are either unnecessary or are not as urgent as Big O makes them appear. Because of this, after many years of having Big O repair my cars, I no longer go to Big O when a mechanical problem arises with my three cars. Big O still offers good tires at good prices, but as far as mechanical repairs from them, I have gone elsewhere. They lost my trust. This is my opinion of this particular store only. These issues may not be the case with other Big O locations.
