I have been a customer for years I own five hats 6+ t shirts and at least 10 polos and three pairs of shorts. I love the clothes I had a issue with a shirt a few years ago great customer service a new shirt was sent out to replace a logo coming off after six months. Bought three pairs of shorts this year $90 a pair two are great one pair the pocket seam separated after three times wearing. I emailed customer service three times with no response, finally got a response and I was told the clothes has a 7 day defective return policy...WOW. So basically no warranty at all. You just lost a raving fan customer, yes in the Tony Robins world. It always blows my mind how mush people spend to acquire customers and how little companies will lose a customer over...I am sad I love the clothes but with policy like this I cant support the brand.

I like the hats but the customer service is very poor. Had an issue with an order, called to straighten it out numerous times. Each time I was told someone would call me back.....not once did anyone. Also when they transfer me to the person that can help, her voicemail is said to be full then the system just kicks you out after a long hold. ?

I purchased my 6 th Black Clover Hat the first 5 are amazing. However the most recent purchase , the stitching is coming out . Because I purchased it from a retailer and not off there website they won’t do anything about it . Worst customer service ever!!!

Bought some hats 2 months ago. After 3 weeks of nothing (no update no anything) I sent an email to complain. They said there was a backlog at the warehouse, so the shipped some from the corporate office. The rest was supposed to be coming in 1 week. Now it's been 2 months. Nothing. Buyer beware. From the other reviews, it seems that this is a trend. :(

Such a great experience! Everyone is so nice. So willing to help. They have amazing products here and great designs for apparel. Have a golfer in the family or just need a cool new hat.... come here! Awesome designs! I love hats. I have a small collection of flat bills. Just grabbed another cool one from here.Awesome staff. Come check it out!

The worst company I have ever deal with. I ordered 4 hats on 1st of December. after calling them many times to ask about my order, they mentioned that, one of the hats that I ordered was run out of the stock. Finally I received my order on 28th of December to find out the sizes was not correct. I resented my order back to them and wait until 10th of January to receive my order again. The surprised was that they didn't change anything and resented the same hats that I asked to change.Waste of time and money. They don't deserve even one star.
