I visited this branch and spoke to Juliana and Morgan who both helped me with some account information that I needed to access an account at another institution.They were able to find what I needed and I was able to eventually access my account.The reason why this was a great service experience is they tackled the issue even when, intially, it seemed like task wasn't possible in the beginning. Kudos to both Juliana and Morgan.

I’ve gone to this bank 3 times and each time the drive thru takes 10 minutes per car. I’ve previously worked at chase and this is just insane for them. I’ve also had to previously come back due to a cashier check mess up. Overall if you can go to a different chase I definitely would

You are lucky enough if these people answer your call.I opened an account with them and so far it’s been a nightmare. They aren’t informed about their banking services.I was supposed to receive a $100 bonus to open an account, but when I asked them about this, they stopped answering my call.They took over 2 weeks just to process my documents for a credit card because their staff don’t have much time.

Initial interaction was very poor. It felt like as soon as the phone was answered they wanted to send me to the 800 number for assistance.Then sure enough as soon as I asked my questions she said “You will need to call the 800 number for assistance”Following a conversation I did not expect to call the 800 number for this concern, the employee finally heard me out and reluctantly reviewed the issue.The reason for the 3 Stars is because she did eventually hear me out, address the issue, and resolve.I really enjoy Chase bank, I hope companies realize that the way they engage with their customers is vital these days. If customers don’t experience value or feel valued they will go where they do.

Glad that I work near this branch because it's my favorite one to visit. I always get the best service here from the tellers cashing checks all the way up to the manager making notaries. David and his team are great and I could not be happier with the service I'm receive from him and his team at Chase.

It's 20 minutes after 9:00 am and still no one is here. Not exactly sure what that's supposed to mean. Oh, and it's a Wednesday morning. Aubrie was very friendly and fast, so that made up for it. There should be some system that notifies when the store is going to be opening really late.
